The worst about this agent is that they lie. Lie about lack of problems with property, communication with vendor. We have ended up conned, lost money on searches and survey as they didn't act in the good faith. Deliberately mislead us to the point that I consider reporting it to ombudsman.

We had the worse experience in our life trying to buy out first time property.
The person Kerry Anderson, the branch in Sheerness, Kent was the one that helped for this to happen.
I contacted the agency to see a particular property and we did scheduled a viewing. While I was giving all my information I was asked if we have had a meeting with their morgage advisor. I told Kerry that we have a meeting but in a different branch of the Mann estate agency.
Next day she called me to ask if I was sure as she cant see that scheduled. I then had to confirm at least 4 times that I am sure that we have a meeting as she didnt believe me. After we hang up I did send her the email correspondence with their mortgage advisor so she can belive me. Then we went to see the property, we liked it very much but we still had more viewings the next day. Next day comes, we managed to view few properties and to speak to Mann estate agecy mortgage adviser who gave us a quote that was higher then our current mortgage advisor has given us and not only higher but £120 monthly higher. Obviously we do not want to proceed with Mann estate agency so we call our mortgage and ask him to make an offer on the property we have seen the previous day. He does so and they refused to accept the offer and to send it to the vendor( which is against the UK LAW) In the same conversation they tell our mortgage adviser that if we give 10000 more they will tell the vendor and we agreed as we really liked the property.
Next day Kerry Anderson called and told us that the vendor is happy to proceed and that we just need to go and do our documents with their mortgage adviser. We tell her that we do not want to use their mortgage advisor and we want to continue with our urrent one. Then she tells us that in this case we cant buy the house. After what she said we told her that we would like to withdraw our offer and she said ok thank you and we hung up. Five minutes later she calles again introducing her as a different person and tried to convince us that what the previous person said was not true and we can proceed with our mortgage adviser ( which is bull). We have all the recordings of every voice call as a proof of everything that happened and everything i have written.
We will not leave this.
