Unfortunately, my experience with this letting agency has been very disappointing. After moving out of the property, I was faced with a claim through Zero Deposit that I believe was unreasonable. Charges were raised for cleaning and rent that I do not feel reflected the condition of the property or the circumstances involved. I found the process frustrating, as I felt there was little consideration given to the fact that some issues mentioned were already present when I moved in and that the delay in returning keys was explained due to a family bereavement. Communication throughout the process left me feeling unsupported, and I do not feel the situation was handled fairly from a tenant’s perspective. I would advise future tenants to keep detailed records, photographs, and all communication throughout their tenancy.... Read more
