We really appreciated the time and energy that Shay and Alexis put in to our goal of buying a home in the UK. We knew very little of the process and with expert guidance and most of all, patience, they guided us through the process and made everything simple and easy. The staff in the Portland office of Hull Gregson and Hull have been very attentive and helped me and my husband find our new home. We looked at quite a few properties with them but when we found what we were looking for they assisted us in negotiating the sale professionally with the previous owner.

We visited weymouth and portland over 3 days looking for our new home. I spoke or emailed the team, and the response was quick, polite and viewings to suit our calender..Shay showed us around properties, even throwing in a mystery property..All in all a fantastic experience, Shay is a credit to you.. Alexis, Shay, and Damian (mortgage advisor) make the best dream team! Shay managed to sell my partner’s apartment in TWO DAYS of it being on the market!! (Probably the fastest commission that man has ever made!) Alexis is a pro at getting the sales moving and chased the sale/ solicitors/ enquires for us ensuring a timely sale but also that all involved were all kept in good communication with each other and less stressed. Damian more than earned his money by getting the best mortgage deal for me and my partner and navigated the tricky lenders platforms so we got a mortgage agreement for our new house quickly and efficiently! Should anyone ask me who I recommend to buy/sell a house through it will be these guys. Thank you so much!!

There were a few glitches along the way that couldn't be avoided but Alexis dealt with them quickly and professionally to ensure we remained happy. Made things as smooth as possible despite the first property being taken off the market days before exchanging contracts. Kept us updated with our sale and buyers in Somerset. The staff are absolutely lovely and as they’re local, know the area. Always polite and helpful. They communicated with our solicitors and our buyer’s solicitors. Can’t fault them at all.
