Then we dealt with Ben who was also great also. they both were always available to help, and did their upmost to get the move over the line even on the tight timeframe up to Christmas. We sold our property and bought our new property through Beaumont Jones. Dan first came out to us back in January, when we weren't sure whether we wanted to sell or not. He wasn't pushy at all, just gave us his honest advice and a few months later we decided to sell. It's been a roller coaster journey to sell My Mums property following the sudden death of my brother. A very emotional process.

Beaumont Jones sold our house. From the beginning I was impressed by the professionalism and personal service that they offered. Being a little fussy I was quite particular regarding the photos used and the order in which they appeared. They accommodated this and incorporated some of my own photos.
They were also willing to let me do my own viewings as I felt I was able to sell the benefits of the house knowing it as I did.
Overall 5*, they offered very competitive rates, didn't push like some of the 'used car salesmen' types, kept us updated regularly, and offered advice on how we should proceed with offers on our purchase (which they really didn't have to).
I sincerely hope that they do well and continue to offer the individual service that they provided to us, a rare find in this rat race industry.

I can’t recommend Beaumont Jones highly enough, having recently purchased a property where they were the selling agent.
Charlotte, in particular, went above and beyond—not just in supporting her own client and managing the sale, but also in helping me with my own sale, which was going through a completely different estate agent. In fact, she was so involved and helpful that my solicitor mistakenly asked for her commission details, assuming she was my agent too!
The difference between my own estate agent and Beaumont Jones was genuinely striking—Charlotte and the team were far more professional, proactive, and supportive throughout. When it comes time to sell in the future, I wouldn’t even consider using anyone else.

We are delighted to have the opportunity to comment positively about Charlotte and Ben, who earlier this year facilitated the sale of our residential home, a gorgeous cottage set in one of the best locations in Weymouth.
The pictures (which were taken by a professional photographer) were taken Tuesday afternoon, the property appeared on Right Move and on their website Thursday afternoon, the first viewing occurred the following day, 4 further viewings took place on Saturday, with 5 more on the Monday. The property went to sealed bids on the Tuesday, and was sold on the Wednesday, allowing us to agree the purchase of our next property on the same day. Charlotte went above and beyond and involved herself in the purchase of our next property, for which we were so very grateful.
Charlotte and Ben are beyond professional, utterly charming, driven and with customer service skills which are second to non.
Charlotte and Dan (her husband) have now joined forces to create Beaumont Jones, with Ben very much part of the team. Collectively they will provide a service which in our opinion will not be bettered, and we would encourage all those wishing to sell their property, whether it be a starter home or one of the most expensive in Weymouth (and beyond) to place their home with them.
