I have been renting from The Real Estate Bureau for nigh-on 10 years now and they are the best & most trustworthy Lettings Agents I have ever dealt with! They are efficient & friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Any requests regarding repairs, maintenance and moving are handled and resolved quickly and fairly, no matter how tricky the situation might be. You can always trust all of the staff to be supportive and friendly, which is very reassuring. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

We have been on a journey together! For 9 months Glenn, Debbie and Lesli have patiently answered all my calls and E-Mails and chased up and down the chain. Glenn sold our home fast so I could realise a dream of owning the home I grew up in and then Lesli sold it in 2 days when we lost our initial buyer at the final hurdle.

Glenn & the team did a great job in what were very stressful circumstances for me selling on behalf of a close relative who had recently gone into a care home; their marketing resulted in an offer over asking price within 5 days of being placed on the market. Glenn's advice was invaluable as was his responsive communication, discretion & support. Part of the reason I chose REB was because they sold the house to my relative originally and were equally professional & efficient then. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again in future for my own property.

I have used the Real Estate Bureau on many occasions and have found the staff to be welcoming and friendly when visiting their office in Easton. When finding tenants for my properties, the staff have always acted in a professional and dilegent manner creating a stress free process, from tenant find through to the signing of the tenancy agreement. I would strongly recommend The Real Estate Bureau and will continue to use them in the future.
