My first experience with Humberstones was back in 2014 when I sold a property through them, very good service and pricing.
This year I purchased a property through Humberstones with my partner, the service I have received is incredible. Starting with Nathan who did his upmost to get us a weekend viewing on the property as my partner was restricted due to working hours. During lockdown Adam took over and went above and beyond for us as we had a newborn baby in hospital, he kept on top of the solicitors chasing for updates etc when I couldn’t get round to it, Sue was fantastic once lockdown was eased speaking with my solicitor to get updates and kept me informed constantly. when we went to pick up the keys last week they had bought us a card and flowers which was a lovely gesture. Due to the way I’ve been treated my father is now using the letting side of the business to handle his rented properties. I would highly recommend Humberstones to friends and family in future.
