Nice enough people but wasted a lot of my time. Never once suggested doing multiple viewings on one afternoon. Instead I had one or two individual viewings per week. Henry largely without any sales patter when prospective buyers were actually in the house. Sidney came and claimed she had never heard of Purple Bricks before. Had to move on and go elsewhere to sell my property.

Not very good experience. We have been listed with Madison Fox for over 2 months and only had 1 viewing.
We might have blamed the market, except two flats in the same block as ours have sold in the last month (not through Madison Fox!).
This estate agent seems to be purely reactive. We will be changing agents as soon as we come out of our 12-weeks agreement.

May I say that the team at Madison Fox went above and beyond to do all they could in ensuring the sale of my house went as smoothly as possible with little to no hassle to me whatsoever in the process from beginning to end. This is without a doubt the worst estate agent you could pick to sell your house. The are slow to upload your property, refused to cancel my listing when asked, would take a minimum of 2 days to reply to my emails, had 3 different people look after my listing and would not communicate with one another, so I had to update every time a new estate agent would attend my property.

Lester and Brontë were amazing. The lead up the exchange became very stressful due to people below us in the chain, however, Lester and Brontë kept in touch numerous times a day, reassured us and made the whole process as easy as possible. They sold my parents home for me last year. The flat was unoccupied so I just gave Lester the keys and let him get on with it. Lester was more than helpful in keeping an eye on the property in addition to conducting viewings. We got a fair price and were very happy with the service.

We just purchased our dream home with Madison Fox. After viewing a number of properties with Lester, it was clear that he was determined to understand our requirements to the ‘nth degree. Once we did see the house we’d eventually buy, Lester was incredibly helpful to ensure we had all the necessary info we needed to make the biggest decision of our lives.
Having looked for our new house for almost a year, we dealt with every possible local agent. My stand out positive of dealing with Lester is that he understands what it takes to make the deal happen and fairly for all parties. Cutting out all the vagueness and nonsense that you often get with many agents.
Once the offer was accepted, dealing with Bronte was a delight. She could never do enough for us, constantly providing updates and chasing solicitors whenever needed. Which is exactly what you want from the team when you’re trying to complete a deal within a short time frame.

Thoroughly impressed with the service and professionalism from the team at the chigwell branch. I know that theyre very busy there but it honestly felt at times like I was their only client. They always went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. Much more pleasant experience from start to finish than I was expecting considering what Ive been through with other agents in the past. Great work guys.

Terrible estate agents. Lack of communication, more concerned about hitting targets rather than helping people find a home. Vendor was persuaded to pull out of a deal with us, by them so they could sell for more money, and they didn’t have the decency to notify us. We had to call them. Disgraceful. Steer clear.

Juan has been a great help in helping me and my family to find a new place. He showed us around the initial property we selected giving the information we needed, but also suggested some other options during the referencing process which allowed us to see a variety of different properties before we got the one we wanted. What can I say - Mr Juan Bailey has been more then helpful understands customers requirements and actually makes them happen. He helped myself and my family get a property within less than a week without any headache that other estate agents tend to do. I would highly recommend giving Juan a call to find your future property and leave it with him to work his magic! Not surprised as he works with one of the best estate agents in London.

My now husband and I were looking for a rental to move out after we got married and had a deadline of a week if that to find something, having called Madison Fox to ask to view a property (in somewhat of a panicked tone), I came across a very helpful young man named Juan. He agreed to help us see a flat that same evening after work and like a miracle we took that exact flat. The paperwork was all sorted within 3 days and by the following weekend we had the keys.
