Really poor service and very unprofessional. Took day off work to be home for a valuation they didn't show or have the decency to even cancel. When I called to question it, stated oh yeah you were in the book sorry we didn't cancel and then went on to blame covid. Unbelievable really I would go with the more established agents locally that know what they are doing. 1 star only because I had to AVOID!!!!... Read more

Inquired about a property 6pm. Had call before 10am from lovely agent sharn. Advised property not available but took time out her day to explain how to set up alert on a site to get sent properties for me which would suit. I am not good on technology and it was very kind and helpful. Hope to find my new home threw hunters as this kind if service hard to find. Above and beyond. Thanks for your help.... Read more

I'm a landlord with one small property in Bensham and I love the fact Rob and the team at Hunters are committed to giving an excellent standard of service to both me and my tenants. We joined Hunters estate Agents, Gateshead, in December 2019 after a horrendous experience with another letting agent in Gateshead and it's the best thing we've ever done! I can now relax as I know that our apartments are in safe hands. Rob is amazing! He treats his customers' properties as if they were his own. He gives our apartments his full care and attention and will always find the best contractors at the best prices. Rob goes the extra mile and is always striving to provide the best service. He always has time to talk even though he is a very busy man. I have every confidence in Hunters with Rob around. I have not had so much contact with the other members of the team but whenever they email or talk on the phone they are polite and courteous and they too, are ready to help.
