A nightmare estate agent that prioritises making commissions above getting the best and most secure deal for their sellers. They actually influenced a seller to concede to a buyer that needed to sell their property and get a mortgage over a cash purchaser at the same offer price because they benefited from the double sale/purchase. Furthermore they don't inform you with full disclosure regarding the property and it's environment. Buyers beware. Two managers were informed about the potentially expensive behaviours and neither have bothered to progress the complaint preferring to dismiss it without further communication so it can't be escalated to the ombudsman. Shady dealings and snipers. Michael Rye and Paul Thurman, I still haven't received your complaint procedure as requested repeatedly over the past month regarding Brett's double commission commitments.... Read more
