From the photos/360 tour to marketing and arranging viewings, Nick and Cheryl were always professional and proactive ensuring all arrangements were made with the least disruption to family life. I must specifically mention Alison who was fantastic with the progression of the sale. Alison was my lifeline, nothing was too much trouble, answers were found as soon as humanly possible, great emotional support and I just know I would have had a good few meltdowns if it wasn’t for this Wonder Woman as I now call her!! I would give 6 stars out of 5 if this was possible. I have just moved into a new flat thanks to how professionally Manns and Manns operate. They've been extremely helpful, friendly and competent -- particularly since I was moving from abroad, which led to additional hurdles in the process of credit checks, address checks, right to rent checks and so on. Sandy, in particular, went above and beyond and was like a guardian angel throughout what is normally a stressful process. She even called the Home Office and chased the Lettings Hub on my behalf. I rented flats two times in the past, with different agencies, and I also tried to find my flat this time through at least six different agencies, so I feel like I have a good overview of how they operate. None of these even get close to what Manns and Manns offer. This is like being promoted to flying first class at no extra cost.... Read more

Throughout the whole sales process, Nick was fantastic... Positive, friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, pro active and professional, he really knows his stuff! Having had a poor experience with another local agent whilst marketing our home in Netley Abbey, Manns were like a breath of fresh air and made the whole experience as smooth and as stress free as possible. We were impressed with the fantastic 360 camera tour technology they have invested in, it brought our home to life beautifully and definitely makes a huge difference to gaining viewings. As soon as Manns started marketing our home we were happy with the service and level of viewings, and it didn't take too long to get offers... wish we'd used them from the start. Let a property with rats in the loft, then left me and my children 5 days without heating or hot water (if it wasn’t for the landlord bringing heaters round we’d have nothing in January when it slightly snowed!) , only got pest control out because my 3 year old fell down the stairs after hearing them and us threatening to take it further, pest control told manns and manns what the next process was but nothing was done about it until after I was handed my eviction notice (through no fault of my own) doesn’t take into consideration people’s mental health, and is happy to give your house keys to work men who attends to sort something out in the property. Will never rent through manns and manns again and nor will anyone I know. Very rude and abrupt! In the end I got fed up with contacting manns and manns and go directly to landlord. Also have been told the property was yet live on the website but magically was getting viewings for the property.... Read more

Helen as been an absolute pleasure to work with and has (from the 1st meeting) listened closely to what we needed and found us the perfect property. It has been a long road finally culminating in the successful purchase of our property - which we could not have done without the guidance and expertise given by Helen. Our experience of other Estate Agencies is that there aren’t many like Helen and her team at Mann’s - lots don't (but should), take lessons from them on how to be so professional - even when things are challenging, which at times, our purchase was ! They gave us excellent service, were always helpful and someone responded promptly to us when we called - there’s obviously great communication amongst the whole team. DO NOT TRUST, They don't use qualified staff for check out and attend the property when the client has asked to be present used old pictures in the check out process. They take the customers money anyway. took more money when i asked to renew when i should have legally gone onto a rolling contract. Tried to up Rent for a studio flat to that of 2 bed flat in the same area. Staff are rude on the phone and some think they are solicitors because they have been doing the job for 11 years. complete utter sham of a business.... Read more
