Working with Michael and Thomas from Integra Estates has been a great experience from start to finish! They helped us buy our home, where we officially moved in on July 19th, and I can genuinely say they’re the best estate agency I’ve ever dealt with.
Our purchase process was quite complex, involving probate, and the seller required significant support to keep things moving forward. Integra was incredibly reliable, honest, and proactive throughout the entire process. They managed the complex situation with professionalism and were always on top of communication, ensuring that both sides had the guidance needed to get to completion.

A great experience, professional and responsive through out but with genuine personalised customer service and a desire to achieve the best outcome for both seller and purchaser. So nice to speak to the same people and be kept in the loop through out without having to ask for updates. We completed our purchase within 5 weeks of viewing thanks to Integra proactively coordinating the whole process. A refreshingly great experience and would recommend.

Today marks the culmination of almost 18 months of ongoing trauma but the sale is complete. Honestly, having Thomas Bailey in my corner proved to be an absolute God-send. Navigating the sales process with myriad of solicitors, management companies and erratic buyers was beyond draining (and soul-destroying!), but Thomas remained focused and optimistic in bringing this sale to a successful conclusion. A true professional, he's the kind of guy you need in your corner for such a stressful engagement, who will definitely get you across the finish line.

Brilliant communication throughout the process, they went above and beyond at all times. Tom did an excellent job at moving the sale forward to completion.

I've dealt with a lot of different estate and letting agents in and around London, and have had some truly nightmarish experiences. But, this company is different. From start to finish, Thomas Bailey and his team were a pleasure to work with. This was a first purchase for us, and Thomas was communicative, helpful and attentive, going above and beyond at every stage to make sure we were kept in the loop and understood the process. If you're thinking of selling, or even buying, I would forget about the high street estate agents and pick up the phone to these guys. Working with them made the experience of moving so much less stressful than it could have been. 5 stars!
