I cannot recommend Thomas Bailey , Michael Baggot and the team at Integra-Estates more highly, they were outstanding! Thomas is the nicest estate agent I’ve ever encountered. He was friendly, super professional but always honest and transparent and offered very experienced advice when needed. You really get the feeling they genuinely want the best for the client and the right sale rather than just chasing a commission which is extremely rare from my experience of Estate agents in the past.
Thomas really went above and beyond to support the sale of my property as I had already moved in with my partner and was no longer living in the area. He coordinated all viewings and even popped in to put the heating on to make viewing more ambient and prevent any issues with heating in the cold weather. The communication from Integra estates was impeccable I always felt informed and updated but the team were never pushy or pressurising in any way. Thomas and the team worked tirelessly to manage the sale process with my solicitors to ensure the sale completed within the purchasers quick timeframe. The whole process was incredibly smooth and that’s thanks to Thomas and team. If you are selling your property I highly recommend the team at Integra. From the very first meeting with Thomas, I knew this was the agents I needed to engage to sell my late father’s property, and I was not wrong. The entire process was personalised, professionally organised and to the highest standard. The marketing, photos, 3D tours were incredible and all put together efficiently within the stated timeframe. We are so pleased that we chose Integra- Estates to sell our property. Tom has guided us through the minefield of selling and buying our properties. When we first met him he was friendly and professional, he had good knowledge and understanding of the value of our property, knowing the area.
Whenever we have needed advice or support Integra-Estates have been there to give it. Tom has kept us updated throughout the whole process, especially when it got difficult. Even when he went on holiday he said we could contact him, which I wouldn’t do but it was a lovely offer.
We can’t recommend Integra-estates highly enough, especially if you want an Estate Agent that puts you first.

I've dealt with a lot of different estate and letting agents in and around London, and have had some truly nightmarish experiences. But, this company is different. From start to finish, Thomas Bailey and his team were a pleasure to work with. This was a first purchase for us, and Thomas was communicative, helpful and attentive, going above and beyond at every stage to make sure we were kept in the loop and understood the process. If you're thinking of selling, or even buying, I would forget about the high street estate agents and pick up the phone to these guys. I’m happy to report my experience of Integra was very positive despite a difficult market. They provided me with a “boutique” service meaning they understood my needs, provided sound advice and were there to support me quite literally at all times. Communication was easy, instant, open and honest. I’ve previously had dealings with larger more well known agencies and by comparison Integra wins in every respect. Unlike with bigger estate agents I felt I was dealing with professionals who fully grasped the potential on offer and were willing to go the extra mile to achieve success. The difference was exceptional. Highly recommended and great value for money.

We went on a rather extraordinary year-long journey with Integra-Estates! They were the agent for the house we can now happily call home. It had been a particularly challenging purchase - a probate property with an exceptionally uncooperative and difficult solicitor on the sellers side. However Tom’s perseverance with the solicitor, efforts to keep us updated and helpfulness, made all the difference during the uncertain times (of which we had many!). His warm, personable yet straightforward approach was not only refreshing for an estate agent, but really helped everyone to come together when we were against the clock during the last leg of our purchase. We hope that we’ll not have to move again any time soon (!) but we would highly recommend Tom and Integra Estates. Their friendly, pro-active style and eye on the process gave us much comfort in a difficult purchase like we had!

Integra Estates are definitely the best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. From a very informative and friendly first viewing, to completing only 11 weeks later, they were knowledgeable, reassuring and smart at every step of the way. The whole experience was excellent, and made something stressful easier and even fun at times! I had very tight timescales because of mortgage rates changing, and they did everything they could to expedite the process. They really put such commitment and work into it for us. I’m so grateful to Thomas and Warren for all their help and guidance through the process. They even put me in touch with great contractors a couple of weeks after I got the keys to the property! Really good people. I can’t recommend them highly enough if you’re looking to buy or sell a property in London or Kent.

Thomas is unbelievable, he looks into every fine detail of the job making life a lot easier for me.
I was using another agency before who dragged their feet and, as a result, I wasn't getting in enough viewings. As soon I joined
Integra-Estates I was informed daily of the amount of views I was having online, as well as an up-to-date viewing list.
The virtual tour was out of this world, very professional.
I had to go abroad in the summer and I was more than comfortable in giving a set of keys to Thomas to continue with the viewings. He kept me in the loop with outstanding feedback and eventually told me what decorating/improvements I would need to do. I would actually say that the company went above and beyond what was required in order for me to achieve my target.
There were even times when I contacted Thomas, out of office times, as I was confused about something but he never hesitated to settle my nerves and anxiety.
Top ratings for a top company. I strongly recommend them.
