When we first engaged an agent we wanted someone who was transparent, trustworthy, respectful, knowledgeable, efficient and driven. ?We found all of these qualities in Tiffany Akoto (KFH Catford) and have been renting through her since 2016. In fact, she is now our first port of call for all our rental properties. Tiffany is approachable, personable and down to earth - she also answers emails in a timely manner! She has always met or exceeded the advertised monthly rent, much to our delight.
Over the years Tiffany has developed a very clear understanding of our requirements for a model tenant. And only puts forward those tenants who she feels best fits our criteria. The only time we have experienced any issues is when a tenant hasn’t fully disclosed their financial affairs. My experience with kfh was very pleasant, after viewing many properties and interacting with many agents, I was shown some properties by Myles he was exceptional in his conduct and proffessionalism, he appears to be really serious and commited to his role which really helped the process, he responded quicky to my questions and quires and was thorough when doing the run through of the properties whereas some people just leave you to it and provide little input. As I am very indecisive I really apreciated is time and patience, he was polite, helpful and made me and my children feel very comfortable and not under preassure to be in and out or rushed around the home therefore I was able to have the time needed to weigh up my thoughts. As a result even though i have not found a property as yet., I would hope to continue to work with Myles and the Kfh to find a suitable home. I would definatly reccomend requesting Myles for any support needed with finding your home.

I can honestly say given the current difficult selling climate. We literally wouldn’t have sold had it not been for Tate. The journey was torturous! Her cool headed step-by-step determined negotiations, being able to deftly manage all parties concerned knowing who to chase and when to chase them, kept the process moving along. Her real world experience and pragmatic approach totally saved the day when it came to managing the other side’s expectations which were often quite unrealistic. I want to express my gratitude to Amy Dembele of KFH for the outstanding service she provided during my recent move. Amy is highly skilled, and ensured that I got a very nice accommodation for my family.
She listened attentively as I explained what I expected from my preferred property and would promptly send me new houses on the market before they appear anywhere. Amy has a very warm smile and is always optimistic. I remember when the landlord at Stanstead road property decided to go with another tenant I felt terribly sad but Amy listened to me as expressed my pain, she encouraged me and she promised she will ensure to follow up on my search.
At some point, I lost faith in most estate agents because of their terrible approach to feedback but that was never the case with Amy, if she tells you "leave that with me" then please do because she will come thru.
Amy is always enthusiastic and happy and she would always smile at the end of each call as she says ".....okay Esther speak soon" that statement always made me smile and reassures me that I have someone helping me, that I'm not alone and that she will call me again.
Her attention to details is also commendable, she was kind throughout, she communicated openly and was very swift in her responses, she was always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward.
Amy never got tired of answering my questions, she answered all my questions with in-depth explanations, ensuring I fully understood what I was doing and why it was necessary and her patient approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process which allowed us to get exactly what we wanted.

When I contacted him, he was very helpful and kindly organised several properties for us to look at in the area we were interested in. He is the first estate agent to deal with us proactively. We were really impressed with his organisation of the whole thing. He had all the details of each property and organised a very logical route. He was also kind and helpful which was very nice to see. He dealt with us and the sellers in a very friendly manner.
He took the time to understand what we were looking for and and went above and beyond for us. Although for various reasons none of the properties were suitable for us we were really impressed by his enthusiasm for his job. If I was selling a property I would definitely want Luke to market it.

Have had bad experience with the end of tenancy team. All I am expecting is that they negotiate between me and the landlord but I guess they side more with the landlord (with how they email, them seem to have a close relationship). I feel like we’ve been robbed with staying on a moldy property (with a baby) and then paying for an extra month just to please the landlords request that we stay longer. Then we have to pay for the properties cleaning after they have done the refurbishment when we have already moved out. It’s been a nightmare by the end of it. Have heard bad reviews about them, but decided to go against it since the agent who helped us with the house was nice enough. But after that you’ll be left to deal with everything, with promises that you will be taken care of.

TERRIBLE. Please avoid this place like the plague. I received the worse service during the period they looked after (supposedly) the management of the tennants they had found. Firstly it turned out that the tennant actually living in the flat was not who had been screened by them. I found this out myself, and this was the start of a NIGHTMARE 18 months. I paid them to manage the tennant but they did NOTHING...
I ended up doing far more work than I would have had to do if I'd just done it myself in the first place. They were lazy, rude and communication was TERRIBLE. I had to constantly chase them for ANYTHING including check ups on the flat.
This was the first time I had been a landlord and they offered NO support or advice to to me. Some guidance would have really helped and they should have had a better support system in place.
Many, many terrible things happened between then and the end of that tennancy. When I returned to the flat the tennats had wrecked /stolen half of my belongings (including my beds / mirrors etc) and called KFH numerous times to ask advice but they offered NO help and DID NOT care. I never heard from them again.
PLEASE AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

KFH Catford really blew me away and sold our house much faster and for much more money than we would have thought possible. We had an offer within a few days of having the house valued, and when that unfortunately fell through we had another, even higher, offer within a couple of days again. I never imagined I'd give a 5* Google review to an estate agents ????, but my experience with KFH in Catford, and particularly with Omar in the Lettings team, was just so great that I had to! Omar is honestly the best estate agent I've ever worked with. Very highly recommended.
In the past, I've found looking for a new place to rent to be a pretty stressful, dehumanising experience. Omar showed that this doesn't need to be the case. He listened carefully to what we needed and went above and beyond to show us round the flat we were interested in at times which were convenient for us. He was efficient and reliable, always staying in touch and responding quickly to emails. He also felt very human and personable to chat to - I felt like he actually cared that we found the right place for us (unlike many other estate agents I've worked with!) His friendliness and openness meant it was easy to build an honest rapport with him - and this made the whole process a very positive experience. KFH Catford rewrote the old traditional concept of what an estate agent is.
The team listened to my requirements (oops, unheard of)
They were not pushy in any way but tried to reassure me throughout the process. Often backed up with statistics relating to local market movements.
When the time was right they were able to seal the deal resulting in a 21% increase in value post COVID lockdown .
I would strongly recommend and will be using KFH for future deals

We recently had a great experience with the Catford (Rushey Green) branch of KFH. We bought and sold a property in the Catford area and KFH could not have been more helpful. We had the pleasure of working closely with Marcus, who handled both the sale and purchase with professionalism and dedication. Marcus was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. He was also very open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process and we felt that he was genuinely committed to our needs and ensuring the natural stresses of house buying were kept to a minimum. In particular, we were impressed with his ability to navigate multiple stakeholders, including the sellers rather tardy solicitor, yet stay calm and composed throughout. I am sure I must have frustrated Marcus on more than one occasion, but he never once let it show. The process of purchase was further enhanced and brought to a satisfactory conclusion by his dedicated and continued efforts. We don’t plan on moving for another 20 plus years, but if / when we do, we intend to give Marcus a call!

Terrible service. ‘Over promise under deliver’ is their motto. They never reply to phone calls or emails and will say pretty much anything to draw you in. Properties are also often overpriced compared to other estate agents which adds to false inflation. I’m afraid they are just a bunch of cowboys.

Ordinarily I'm quite weary of estate agents, I've had a few bad experiences in the past where the sales agents have very poor customer service. KFH do not operate in this way. When I reached out to KFH to help me find my next property, I spoke with Fola who was extremely professional and polite in outlining my requirements and budget. Despite the market being in a slight downturn, she gave me plenty of options and even helped me to think outside of the box in identifiyng my next home. She provided me with a unique tailored service, that left me feeling incredibly reassured and well informed. Fola and the team were also very knowledgeable on the area , which was incredibly useful as I'm not all that familiar with London, she gave me lots of background information and history of the towns I was considering. what good service I have had from your team on the sale of 21 Tugela Street. This was a difficult situation because I was the executor for my late son’s estate and achieving an award of the letters of administration took over 7 months.
Alex was our first contact and he was most proactive in directing a possible buyer to us. That buyer fell through after a number of months, but another buyer was then found.
Marcus was also personable and helpful, keeping in touch and visiting the property.
Ronke was our point of contact in the latter months and I have been so impressed with her help in the difficult lock-down time that I wanted to write to you. She has taken action over and above the duties I expected, undertaking for example to visit the house regularly to help me fulfil the conditions of the insurance while I was ‘self-isolating as I’m over 70. Not only did Ronke visit, she took photos of the house to prove that a visit had been made, should the insurance need this, she was willing to read meters and she dealt with post. Calling up Ronke is a pleasure: she never hassled about the time the probate office was taking to get things done, she was kind in our difficult circumstances, always cheerful and with a can-do attitude.

My sister had her property on with this branch and I must admit they really impressed me. As the point of contact I mostly dealt with Natalie who always had useful information, frequent feedback and the new strategies to let the house. Shirin was also as helpful, providing us with contractors and all the required documents needed. I sometimes observed the viewings conducted by Samuel and Marina which were extensively better than the previous agents we have used. They had a lot of local knowledge and used tailored tactics to demonstrate the practicality of the property to each person viewing the property. They did manage to find her the right tenants however she had to rent it to a friend.
