This review is long overdue for Island Homes! It was a very difficult time when we bought our house, but the staff at Island Homes, were very professional and put our buying experience at ease, taking out the stress, nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Chris, Michael, Kelly, Jenny and anyone else I haven’t mentioned, bent over backwards to help us buy our forever home. They were always only a phone call away, there was always someone on hand to help us, we can’t thank them enough. Above and beyond service! Chris, Michael, Jenny and Kelly have supported us throughout the whole EWS1 Form crisis. They have kept us updated and reassured they even kept an eye on our empty apartment and watered the plants! Currently waiting 20+ weeks for them to respond to simple management enquiries to progress a sale of a home, this is now going to require a new mortgage application, at worse rates. They are also the sole blocker in the chain at this point. They ignore all requests and are generally difficult to contact.... Read more
