Out of all the letting agents I've used while living in Newcastle, Jack Harrison Estates is hands down the best. Staff were always friendly, quick to respond and professional at all times. Never had any issues with the company and anything we raised was dealt with speedily.

Unfortunately, they don`t value their customers. They try to spend the minimum time and give you not sufficient information. It is up to the sellers to spend plenty of time to get information that agent already has and has not provided. They come without PPE. Few of their employees are not even polite. I have seen great agents which I do not recommend this agency.

Originally had the house listed with another estate agent, but listed it with Jack after a recommendation from a friend. Within 2 days I had 2 viewings, after waiting for 3 weeks with other company.
The service from the first phone call was first class. I never once had to contact them. I had communication from either Jack or other staff members every single day.
I can’t say enough about the personable, professional and punctual service. I felt like their only client, which was stark contrast to the other company.
In short I would not hesitate recommending Jack and his Team to anyone.

A truly outstanding estate agent which rightly prides itself on exceptional customer service. A real gem of a business, Caroline and Jack are an excellent team; their customer care and communication skills are easily the best of any agent I have dealt with in 40 years. Recommended unreservedly.
