I engaged Higgs & Quinn to sell my property. I agreed a 28 day exchange & cash buyer but after 28 days turns out it was not a cash buyer and 6 person chain, they misled us. H&Q ignored regular direct instructions, became obstructive, ignored us and despite not doing proper due diligence went off the radar leaving us to do bulk work the transaction failed costing me £2k in fees. I would avoid like the plague, I was sent abuse, blunt unprofessional messages and treated like an idiot. Unprofessional, unreliable, lie and ignore their clients. Horrendous experience.
