Jade and Tom Mansbridge took the keys to our property for sale and rental property almost 4 months ago. We terminated the contract as we weren’t getting any response through them. It has been more than 3 months and despite several follow ups over email, text and unanswered calls they have still not returned the keys to us. I have email screenshots and text screenshots to share to prove how horrible their service is. I will never recommend Jackson & Co to anyone after this horrible service. See the screenshot of email I sent in Jan and then again in March.

I first heard about Jackson and co when I was selling a property and was dealing with another estate agent, who I was not very satisfied with. Then Joe of Jackson and Co put a card through the door offering his services.
I decided to give him a ring and check him out, this was the best decision I ever made.
Joe has been absolutely fantastic, he helped to negotiate the difficult path to selling a property.
He gets very personally involved so you don't feel like your own your own, like some other estate agents.
He is always available at the end of the phone to iron out any issues. His enthusiasm and professionalism have been outstanding and I can't recommend him enough.
We are so glad that we went with Joe and would definitely use Jackson and Co again next time we sell or buy a property.
So I definitely recommend Jackson and Co. Outstanding, 5stars.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this estate agent and would not recommend this company
I accepted an offer on my property from a first time buyer and I was assured that they had a good deposit and their mortgage application was being handled by a mortgage broker
Jade informed me that she had checked out my buyers finances
To keep this short it transpired that my buyers mortgage broker wasn’t the one I was led to believe - I did my own investigation and the broker being used wasn’t registered with FCA and was not registered to offer mortgages also my buyer did not have enough deposit
I lost 3 months of my time and this could have been avoided had proper procedures been done to check the financials of my buyer from the start
I cannot forgive Jade for the blatant false information I was given when requesting an update, everything I told was fake news
Basically this is a one person agent operating from a mobile phone
I would urge anyone wanting to use an agent to use a properly run company with a manned office that take calls and can follow up any questions or issues that arise
Also make sure they have a finance department

In my experience Jade is an unusual estate agent in that she genuinely cares about people! This was demonstrated time and time again throughout my dealings with Jade. Our purchase of a house through Jackson & Co proved to be very challenging, especially for Jade, and it was a tricky process from start to finish. However Jade went above and beyond to ensure we all reached a successful outcome. She negotiated all the obstacles supremely, she was always accessible by phone or text and was brilliant at returning calls, even outside of business hours. I would recommend Jackson & Co wholeheartedly to anyone buying or selling. I don't believe you will meet another agent who cares about their clients as much as Jade does.

I am an estate agent of over 30 years and recently been involved in a chain of sales with Jade at Ipswich office. I must say by far she is one of the best estate agents i've deal with over the years (and i've dealt with a few), our chain was not an easy one and had an on-line agent involved. Basically Jade done not only her job but the job of the on-line agent, Jade provided updates and knew exactly what was happening when the on-line agent who had sold the property always responded with updates 7-10 days out of date. Jade responded to e mails out of hours and was professional and accurate with all the information she provided. Wish all estate agents were like Jade - the moving process would definitely run a lot quicker and a lot smoother - thanks Jade - we got a difficult sale through to completion today !!

From a buyer's perspective, I have been pleased to have Jade as the agent looking after our purchase which turned out to be linked to a problematic chain. Jade at Jackson and Co in Ipswich. I am so grateful for her help and just her personal service un selling out house. It took her 6 weeks to find a buyer and even when the sale fell through it took her 2 days to find a new buyer. She was honest and approachable. Always available . She would make you fell as a seller that her service was just for you. She was at the end of a text or email or even phone call. Her office hours were not standard 9 to 5 but when you needed her or she had to give you feedback it was brilliant. We were with another agent for 6months and no information we had to do the viewings in covid situation. With Jade she understood having the current situation and a family that it would be difficult to have viewings all the time . She scheduled the viewings and made sure all protocols were safe. She gave honest feedback and made sure that you had all the options to make your choice. it wasn't a pressured sales pitch to get in her books to sell. During the stressful situation of not knowing what was happening with solicitors she would chase up and find out. Give you clear updates or just be there for you to make sure you were aware of all the issues arising and guiding you gradually through a stressful time. She even went out of her way in this pandemic to make sure all the paperwork had been sent to make sure dates of exchange and completion were upheld. Her personal service was amazing and a breath of fresh air when it comes to one of the most stressful times in life: buying and selling with a small young family. Her help was amazing and just a relief after dealing with big companies who just wanted to either constantly lower prices or wouldn't give feedback on key elements of the market etc.. If I was to sell a house again in Ipswich I would go straight to her. I would recommend her to anyone in the situation of buying or selling as she will go out of her way to make sure you are not pressured or worried about the sale. She will be honest and clear about all the issues involved including solicitors fees and financial services. She doesn't pressure you to use her recommendations always has a smile and just such an amazing agent. I can't thank her enough for helping us in selling our house and helping us find our new home..

I genuinely do not understand why there are many negative reviews towards Jackson & Co - Ipswich.
Jo was nothing but amazing with my wife and I from the very start. There was no pressure into buying the property we looked at, we weren't rushed, Jo was also very imformative giving us all the advice we needed, and even offered an option we hadn't thought of when placing an offer on the house.
Although the house fell through due to people further up the chain, Jo remained honest about the whole process and extremely quick at replying to emails and keeping us updated.
I would 100% recommend Jackson & Co Ipswich, and any really negative reviews written here is more than likely down to the person that has the issue, not the company itself.

Terrible! I would rate them 0 stars if it were a option. Messed my transaction up and caused big delay which lead to house sale and purchase falling through. I wont be using jackson and co ever again.
Update: see how they are lying below, saying they never heard of me, what cowards. They have also added loads of fake reviews this week (17/11/2020). Notice before this week they only had reviews very infrequently. They are total scammers BEWARE the pair are rotten so definitely don't risk a house sale with any of them

I wish I never engaged with this company, they totally ruined my life when purchasing a house, which lead to me having to move back to Kent to stay with my mum along with my 2 year old daughter! They didn’t respond to emails and would always promise to call back which never happened, I was continually chasing. Long story short, i ended up losing the house due to their incompetence and as I had already exchanged on the sale of my house, I was going to be homeless! If you fancy the risk then do so at your own cost, you have been warned

If you want a pleasant experience selling or buying a house DO NOT USE THESE Two COWBOYS! The two of them Jade and Jo exteremly unprofessional, they can lose you a deal with their incompetence. There are some good estate agents in Ipswich such as Haart, William Brown, Fenn Wright. Stick to those ones they are reputable companies

I have used many estate agents over the years and they've been fine, but when I decided to move to Ipswich I randomly stumbled across Jackson & Co and I'm glad I did. The first thing which I really liked was the amount of detail and personal touches they put into their sales ads on rightmove and from the first call with Jade I knew I'd made the right choice in agent. Jade and her business partner were always very quick to get back to me, showed me several properties and when we found the right one Jackson's made the whole process of purchasing as easy and as stress free as possible. I wont hesitate to use them again in the future and would recommend their service to anyone.
