Northwood have made our first time renting experience so seamless and amazing. After struggling to find a property for quite some time and struggling with other agents simply not replying or giving the time we needed as first time renters Northwood have been fantastic. The referencing experience was seamless and had no bumps in the road for us and was done so quickly and easy. Lauren was particularly helpful during our application as well as the rest of the team and management. They have been there every step of the way and as it is our first time moving out they have answered any questions we’ve had really quickly and nothing was ever too much trouble. I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast. My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc. I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.... Would never buy another property again from them. Buying a place is stressful enough. But this company seems determined to make it as stressful as possible. They never reply to emails you call them and always get told the manager is in a meeting and she will call you back but never does. She clearly thinks she's above every one as she refused to speak to us on many occasions and only wanted to speak to our mortgage broker. Got to be one of the worst estate agents in Ipswich.... The Ryanair of estate agents; doing the absolute bare minimum to provide an acceptable service, meanwhile trying to cut corners and charge tenants extra at every turn. Will conveniently forget every aspect of tenant legislation that benefits tenants, but remember to the letter every aspect that benefits landlords, so to all prospective tenants I'd suggest reading up on housing legislation and maybe put some practice into getting blood out of stones just in case a dispute should ever arise. To cap it all off, their office is in the donkey end of nowhere and they are impossible to get hold of. Avoid like the plague, there are far too many professional and centrally located estate agents in Ipswich for Northwood to be a viable choice.... Read more

We found Northwood a reassuring and professional organisation in dealing with ourself’s no matter what the problem was or was not. we found all the staff that we had dealings with in person or via the telephone to have a pleasant and professional approach one of the Directors Steve who we met on several occasions was more than happy to explain to us various options in going forward in regards to Housing and Sarah from the office was always on hand to answer any queries that we may of had all emails were responded to and all calls were returned to us if we could not speak to the person concerned at the time.
