Rosanna Diaper was a true professional, communication with her throughout the sale was excellent and she made the whole process so much easier than I expected. In what is probably the most stressful time of your life Rosanna and her colleagues were just brilliant and just so helpful throughout the sale.

James Squirrell dealt with a difficult and protracted sale magnificently. He was proactive, chasing the purchasers their estate agent and solicitor but with tact and diplomacy so that relationships remained amicable and the sale eventually completed without any dramas. Liz and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James and his team at the Ipswich office.

We couldn’t recommend Jackson-Stops more highly for both sales and lettings department. Kristel Lehtla was able to find an amazing tenant for our apartment in a matter of one afternoon, she is very diligent provides amazing advise, is extremely responsive and very friendly. She immediately understood our needs and requirements for renting our property and she found the perfect match Kristel made this process so seamless and smooth, we are hugely grateful for her support. I can’t imagine an easier process than this one. Thanks a million Kristel, you’ are a superstar!!

I first met Lucy when she showed me around the property I have now purchased. From the very beginning, she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Lucy was highly professional whilst maintaining a warm and friendly approach.
She was able to answer most of the questions I had regarding the property and, for anything she was unsure of, she ensured I received a response either the same day or shortly afterwards.
Lucy went above and beyond throughout the purchasing process, making sure I was never left out of the loop. Regular updates by phone and email meant I always felt informed and reassured during what can often be a stressful time.
Her warm, approachable manner made the whole experience far easier to manage and I genuinely felt very well looked after.
Even when Lucy was unavailable, her colleague Laura stepped in and ensured I continued to receive excellent support. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
From start to finish, I felt valued and supported, and I would highly recommend Jackson-Stops to anyone looking for a professional, caring and reliable estate agent.
