We purchased a house through Jackson Stops, Burnham Market and this was a surprising pleasure despite being far from the easiest transaction. Jo and Carolyn are both extremely helpful, the surveyor they recommended was the best we’ve ever used too, must leave a glowing review for him too, and they were also really friendly and pleasant to deal with. Comms were easy and open, hitches were overcome with a sense of camaraderie, and a lovely welcome from Jo on the day of completion standing smiling in the drive with the keys and a bottle of champagne made a major life event memorable for all the right reasons. I’m never moving house ever again but if I do I’ll be using Jackson Stops without a doubt.

Robert Butterworth was calm professional, and reassuring throughout the process of selling our home.
He minimised the impact of stress on us for the duration of the sale.
He is very knowledgeable about the local area, and was instrumental in helping us make constructive and timely decisions.

I wish I could give more stars the staff at Jackson-Stops from start to finish are outstanding , they have gone above and beyond to help me purchase my dream home. Sadly I lost it once thanks to my chain breaking but thanks to James and Will and all their hard work and fighting my corner I am now the proud owner. They are great in keeping you informed with everything , nothing is to much trouble and don’t keep you waiting when you need more information. Very helpful and professional but also super friendly, even got calls from them to congratulate me on my exchange of contract. I haven’t even met Will yet but he is a real credit to this company and absolute pleasure to be able call a upon, a brilliant young man.I can’t thank them enough for everything and would highly recommend this company to everyone selling or purchasing a property.

Their approach to the sale of my house was always professional and extremely well co-ordinated. The staff in the office were able at any time to keep me up-to date on how the sale was progressing. From a sellers point of view, David Lambert, the director, is a steady hand, giving excellent advice and providing valuable back up when things get complicated.
He has put together a team that is friendly, approachable and who deals with much common sense and intelligence to buyers and sellers alike.

Sales consultant Johnny Hyslop was amazing, incredibly efficient and a constant support moving flats - a complex operation with many moving parts but nothing was ever too much trouble for him and he worked tirelessly for me and my buyer to secure a smooth transition. Jackson Stops Pimlico & Westminster is absolutely first rate. The advice I received was thoughtful, wise and incredibly helpful throughout - and my sincere thanks also to Harry Buchanan.

David Baille at Jackson- Stops Dorking was amazing from start to finish. He was so patient, helpful, friendly and professional throughout and kept me updated at all times. When he was out of the office, all the other members were quick to assist me until David returned my call - which he always did. This estate agent seem to have excellent market knowledge too and excellent overall ratings which match my experience. I therefore can’t rate this estate agents highly enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of using them.
