We had an excellent experience with Jackson-Stops, and particularly with Ro Diaper, while we were buying our new house. While they were always acting on behalf of their client, the vendor, they went above and beyond to help with ironing out the various issues that arose during the process - Ro was always contactable and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend Jackson-Stops to anyone else.

Really grateful to Lucy especially who went above and beyond at every point of the sale. They also work so well as a team in the Dorking branch, offering support whenever needed in a process that is never straightforward, but their knowledge and guidance was so helpful throughout. Highly recommend.
