Having searched for a flat for months and used numerous agents all over London, I had a lot of varying experiences. Kyley was outstanding and was great in helping me with my first property purchase. She was always very quick to respond to calls and emails, took the time to understand what I was after, was a great guide through the process and very helpful in resolving any problems that cropped up along the way.

Very proactive and helpful staff. They constantly follow up actively, give you status and work with you to try to find the best apartment to your needs. Very happy with them even though I didn't end up renting through them. Would definitely contact again in the future.
