    I can't recommend KFH, and in particular Sam Fallon, highly enough. She was extremely diligent in chasing both sets of lawyers and liaising with the overseas vendor to ensure a timely completion during a very busy period in the run up to Christmas. But for me, it was Sam's willingness to help with all the non-essential extras that really set her apart. She made my move infinitely less stressful by negotiating with the vendor to let me store belongings at the property in the weeks between my lease expiry and completion - and waited with the patience of a saint whilst everything was unloaded! This is just one example of the many instances where Sam went above and beyond. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and when the time comes to sell I wouldn't consider going to anyone else.
