Elliott and the team have been incredible from the day we first made contact with them. They have been very helpful and couldn't have done anymore for us, they were always to hand when we needed help and very accommodating, we would highly recommend. Although we did not sell our house (due to the one we had our heart set on falling through) which is no fault of Jacobs, they had plenty of viewings lined up for our house within a couple of days of it going on the market. Where do I start. I honestly cannot recomend this company enough!! Ive dealt with Elliot over recent months, who is by far the best customer service ive ever recieved. Puntual/reliable/super super helpfull/understanding/knows his industry so well/easy to get hold of. If you are selling or buying i STRONGLY recomend using this company. We didn’t end up going ahead with selling in the end, but Jacobs Prestige Properties were by far the best estate agents we spoke to in Forest Town/Mansfield. From the first property valuation, Elliott was professional, honest and incredibly knowledgeable about the Forest Town housing market. He took the time to explain what our home was really worth and what to expect from selling a property in the current market, without any pressure or unrealistic promises. Compared to other local estate agents in Mansfield, the service from Jacobs Prestige Properties felt far more personal, transparent and trustworthy.
