Never seen an estate agent actively try to make the neighbours hate their customer before they've even moved in, not sure the customers will appreciate that in the end. Avoid Mary Shults at all costs, she's got an ego the size of the house she's trying (and failing) to sell.

Fantastic agency, wonderfully run by the ladies, could always get hold of Sam - really friendly and helpful. From a tenant point of view, anything that was an issue with the property we were in, was fixed straight away, no issues at all with the company, would high recommend!

I'd get everything in writing from this company, especially if you are travelling to view. I've been "let" a property with no parking after being assured there was. Been a huge waste of my time, now having to seek hotel accommodation due to work commitments. Given misleading information from the start and spoken to rudely by staff. I expect more from an ARLA accredited agent!

I arranged an appointment for James to value a rental property, which I drove 180 miles for. They cancelled the appointment an hour before it was due, citing it not being their type of property or an area they are interested in. Absolutely fair enough, but none of that had changed since the previous week when I made the appointment - which, in my opinion, is when they should have told me that they weren't interested in my business. They didn't even have the grace to phone me to apologise, they just dropped an email saying they wouldn't be coming. Looking at other reviews on here they clearly offer decent service to some customers - which is why I selected them in the first place. Presumably though this service only extends to those customers that they consider 'good enough' for them. I'm sorry I didn't meet your exacting standards James!

I just had to write this to express my heartfelt appreciation for your incredible support in securing the 93VW. You guys were absolute rockstars throughout the entire process of buying the house, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
Please know that we have been in the market to buy our first house for over three years, got gazumped three times. Those high street, penny wise agents from reputed brands had no empathy , they would still try to scrape the last bit of meat from the bone by pushing and promoting their own mortgage advisors, solicitors, insurances, you name it.
Yiu guys were pleasently different from the onset. Seriously, within those tight timelines of just 6-7 weeks, you all went above and beyond. Your proactive approach, friendly attitude, and lightning-fast responses made it possible. I felt like I had my own team of Avengers my side (yes - a Marvel buff), making the whole experience smooth and seamless.
I can't thank you enough for being so empathetic and understanding. Your friendliness really made us feel comfortable like we were in good hands.
