James acted as a lettings management agent on a flat for us and as a selling agent when we sold the property. The help and advice on preparing the property for letting was detailed and supportive. The property was sold within two weeks of going on the market. In both cases - letting and sales - their services was excellent. We were always kept fully informed and liaison between us and our tenants was very professional, as was the liaison with our buyers. Never seen an estate agent actively try to make the neighbours hate their customer before they've even moved in, not sure the customers will appreciate that in the end. Avoid Mary Shults at all costs, she's got an ego the size of the house she's trying (and failing) to sell.

Fantastic agency, wonderfully run by the ladies, could always get hold of Sam - really friendly and helpful. From a tenant point of view, anything that was an issue with the property we were in, was fixed straight away, no issues at all with the company, would high recommend!
