As a property owner who was on the market for quite some time (with multiple agents), DKH came in and delivered a first class service in a fraction of the expected timeframes. I cannot praise the team enough and I would strongly recommend using their services.

I spoke to many agents on my search for the perfect home. I have to say that none came close to the service levels I received from DKH in Rickmansworth.
Grace, who looked after my purchase, was engaged at all stages of the process, constantly on the front foot chasing up solicitors and sellers agent and keeping me well informed through out
I think some Estate Agents simply go through the process knowing things will get done eventually but Grace, alongside her colleague Ben, were true professionals and as keen to complete the process in an orderly and competent manor

We were actively looking for properties that were being marketed in the Rickmansworth/Croxley area so went into DKH to register our interest. Grace was immediately accommodating, taking the time to listen to our needs and suggesting properties that matched. This included properties that were being sold off market, so we were pleased to have visited in person. Grace worked very quickly and later that afternoon we had viewings booked for several properties a few days later. We were very pleased with the properties we were shown initially and further impressed by Grace's readiness to listen to our feedback and follow up with further suggestions. Although we ultimately offered on another property with a different agent, we would recommend DKH and working with Grace in particular.

Really happy we used Dey King and Haria for the sale of our house. We dealt with Ben who was friendly, professional and very patient throughout.
The initial marketing of the property was excellent. The photography and video were as good as I’ve seen from any agency. Following an open day we accepted an offer on our house within a week. The price agreed was in line with our expectations and exactly what Ben said we could expect.
Interestingly we were looking at a property that wasn’t marketing by Dey King and Haria as they had valued it lower than another estate agent. We ultimately didn’t put in an offer but we know it sold 18 months later for the exact price Ben initially valued it at.
After our initial chain fell through, Ben ensured everyone was aware of next steps, he kept our buyers interested and eventually after 18 months we now have exchanged on a different property.
My experience was a professional, friendly, team who know the area, set realistic expectations on price and offer help and insights that aren’t part of their job (but very much appreciated.)
I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

Ben King is excellent at his job - he has integrity, an excellent judgement of character (important when assessing similar offers from different potential buyers), a firm and realistic understanding on the market and the best strategies to use to get the best outcomes for his customers. DKH also acted (unprompted) as my property manager, as I was selling my late mother's house from a distance - checking in regularly, organising work on the house when it was needed, even reading the meters for me to save me a trip down, and doing this all as part of the service (thank you Caroline!). I would recommend DKH without hesitation - you'll get honesty and good service and good value.

I recently completed the sale of a property belonging to my deceased parents. Rachel in particular, as well as Ben, were instrumental to the sale of the property. Their handling of the sale was extremely professional achieving the desired sales price quickly, then continuing to oversee and check-up on the house as the sales process took over a year due the untimely death of my parents and the wait for the grant of probate.
During that period Rachel was the glue that kept the sales process going. Her communication, to both the buyer and myself, was always personable, timely, and most importantly positive. She went well beyond her job scope providing regular access to the property to allow the buyer to create plans for the property, and offering to regularly check on the house, switch on the heating, etc, over the winter months while we waited for probate to complete.
I would not normally write a review however I have been so impressed by Rachel, and the DKH Rickmansworth team, for their dedication, support, professionalism and just being 'great people'. I would definitely recommend DKH to any potential seller or buyer.

Due to the particular circumstances of the sale, there were long periods of waiting followed by a very time pressured exchange and completion.

We are so delighted that we chose Dey, King and Haria in Rickmansworth to market our home for us. They gave us fantastic support throughout the home selling process and particularly when our purchase was proving very stressful.
DHK were enthusiastic and ambitious about market our property, producing an excellent video and conducting back-to-back viewings that resulted in a number of offers over the asking price. They verified the position of the all the people who'd made offers, advising on the pros and cons of each to help us make our choice. They scouted out solicitors for us, helping us to identify who was best placed locally to take on the work.
Our chain because very complicated and DHK provided excellent support to keep the whole process moving, as nearly everything the Estate Agent for our vendors told us turned out not to be true.
Our searches took a very long time, and our vendors agent hassled us mercilessly to set a completion date before our survey results or searches had come back. DHK provided excellent support and feedback to help us get through those difficult weeks and successfully complete our sale and purchase.
We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Ben and Rachel and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in WD3 who wants to market their home.

We are so glad that we chose Rachel Weightman and Ben King at Dey, King and Haria in Rickmansworth to market our home for us. They gave us fantastic support throughout the home selling process and helped to keep us sane when our purchase was proving very stressful.
We chose DHK to market our property because Ben was so enthusiastic and ambitious with how he planned to market our property. Ben is very good at picking up on what matters to the people he is dealing with and using it to build rapport quickly. He advised on what we needed to do to improve the marketability of our property, and persuaded us to come to market considerably earlier to take advantage of the lack of properties on the market at the time.
We were on the market, with an amazing video of our property just three weeks later and Rachel did a whole day of back-to-back viewings after which we received a number of offers over the asking price. Rachel and Ben initiated a 'full and final offers' process and established the position of the all the people who'd made offers, advising on the pros and cons of each to help us make our choice. Ben and Rachel advised us that the 'cash buyers' whose offer we accepted would more than likely choose to sell their existing property as part of the sale (which they subsequently did). This decision ensured us a top price for our property, but did cause some extra hassle, particularly at exchange. Rachel provided excellent support to help us with this.
Ben also scouted out solicitors for us, helping us to identify who was best placed locally to take on the work.
The most helpful aspect for us was how Rachel helped to research our chain and keep the whole process moving. We were dismayed to discover that nearly everything the Estate Agent for our vendors told us turned out not to be true. Most importantly Rachel discovered that our vendors were not chain-free as we were led to believe and eventually we ended up in a chain of 6 people.
Our searches took a very long time, and our vendors agent hassled us mercilessly to set a completion date before our survey results or searches had come back. Rachel provided substantial assistance to help us manage this difficult person, liaising up and down the chain to establish what position everyone was in. Even so, when it came to exchange several of the other members were not as ready to exchange as our vendors Agent had led us to believe, and Rachel provided excellent support and feedback to help us get through those last difficult weeks.
We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Ben and Rachel and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in WD3 who wants to market their home.

I can’t recommend Ben and Rachel at DKH highly enough. When we were selling our house, they came up with some of the most interesting marketing ideas (and we spoke to 5 different agents when researching). They did a great job of marketing the house getting us 5 offers over the asking price within a few days of viewings.
They were then super-supportive in the process after getting the offer, all the way through to completion. From advising on solicitors, through to chasing up progress of the chain - they were ace.
Highly communicative, superbly competent, and hard working - what else can I say, apart from I strongly recommend them.

We never write reviews, but just had to following an overwhelmingly positive experience with Dey King and Haria in Rickmansworth.
Rachel was absolutely phenomenal throughout the process of purchasing our house in Rickmansworth. She went above and beyond to communicate regularly with the upper chain and to keep us informed every step of the way. She was accessible on WhatsApp and was incredibly quick to respond.
If it wasn’t for Rachel, we are sure the process would have taken so much longer and been far more difficult. She held a long chain of 7 houses together expertly when the other agents and solicitors seemed to have no idea what was going on. She even created a spreadsheet of the chain details and forwarded them on to us, and chased all parties daily for us.
She even messaged us to check everything was OK on the weekend we moved in, and asked if we needed anything else from the vendors.
Unfortunately the agent we used for our sale (Winkworth in London not DKH) were highlighted as being pretty apathetic in comparison!
Ben was also fantastic. He was very honest and open when advising us- we felt we were in safe and experienced hands.
Huge thanks again for making the whole process as quick and painless as possible. We would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

For someone who recently moved to the UK from Canada, I had a really bad experience with many letting agents when I first arrived (from terrible communication to outright scams). Working with Ben and Rachel from DKH was very different; I felt as though I could trust them from our first interaction--and I'm glad I did. I would like to add that I have always found each member of the team to be enthusiastic, friendly and yet professional. I have had a particularly difficult sale, and through it all Ben has been willing to think outside of the box, with a ‘how can we do this’ attitude. The whole team have continually remained calm and positive whilst all around us the storm has been raging.

I am not an easy person to impress (or to deal with at times!) and after my experiences in dealing with two other estate agents in Rickmansworth, once last year and another previously in 2011, I have to say that DKH are a breath of fresh air in terms of their agency service!
They adopt a very professional approach to the Marketing (which included a video with drone shots at no extra cost), which in my view sets them apart from the rest, and were also very proactive on their communication throughout the whole period of conveyance. In short, they have been superb and Rachel is an asset to the office, as is Ben who is one of the Directors of the firm based at this new branch.
So if you are considering selling your property in WD3, then do not hesitate to give these guys a call as they carry my full recommendation, they really have a USP that sets them apart from the rest - Excellent service!

Ben, based in the Rickmansworth office of DKH, recently did a fantastic job of selling our flat. From beginning to end, DKH's communication was superb. A quick search on rightmove will evidence how their photographs are much better than any other local agent - something that I think really sells houses. On top of that, I was provided with a professional walkthrough video of my property, which is something I've not seen offered elsewhere. DKH filtered through offers received and provided sound advice as to what, in their experience, would be the best offer to accept. All-in-all, DKH made the process as painless as it could have been and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone in the local area.
