We rented a home in Watford through Hamptons from Sept 2019 -2020.From the day that Jack showed me the house to the final day when we received an email from Rebecca regarding our exit from the property, we only received great service from this team. Throughout the 3 years I have let my flat with Hamptons the team at Rickmansworth lead by Jenny Hutchins have provided me with an outstanding professional service. They have been very successful in secured new tenants at the end of any tenancy; with only 2-3 days of occupancy lost in total. I feel that property management has been very good value and highly professional. Rebecca Duxbury, our Property Manager has demonstrated that she has a lot of experience in rental management. She has responded quickly and efficiently to any tenant issues and made property inspections on my behalf. I was new to property renting and have found that Rebecca, with her delightful personable manner, has helped me relax and have no worries about being a landlord. She has advised me how to respond to an matters if necessary to maintain successful occupancies. My flat has been returned to me in very good order at each tenant change which I acknowledge has been orchestrated by the Hamptons International very clear Lettings and Tenancy contracts process and the Rickmansworth team‘s constant attention to detail.... I have had a very good experience with the Rickmansworth branch. They were always on time for their appointments, responded to any issues I had quickly usually within the same day or at the very latest when they arrived for work the next day. Richard (property management) responded to my email within 30 mins of opening the following morning to my heating issue. Before i had arrived home from work the same day, the engineer had been, fixed a new valve and the hot water and heating was back working. Out of all the letting agents i have seen or spoken to in the past couple of months, Jack has been the most proactive and professional in helping me with my search. Whilst most agents would often passively wait for you to call them based on your own weekly searches, Jack operates the other way around. He understood my timing and criteria from the first day we spoke, called me frequently to give me heads up about suitable properties that would be available soon, and each conversation was promptly followed up with detailed emails and visit suggestion.
