I highly recommend Bourne Estate Property Consultant - Luke Edney from Esher/Cobham branch - who assisted us with the rental journey since start of the year. He was there for us from the very beginning when we have seen the first property, listened our needs and helped us so much along the way. We have received excellent customer service as he was there for us for every phone call, questions we had, always polite and kind - so really top service. I cannot praise Luke highly enough as moving after many years is usually stressful but this one was super smooth! We have moved in today and absolutely love our new place :)

Update from 16th January 2023.
After a long and bumpy road we have finally managed to sell our property and buy a replacement via Bourne, they have been brilliant throughout.
We have had many setbacks on our journey and have had to twice find a replacement buyer which has drawn out the process far longer than it would normally take. Bourne used their experience, knowledge and contacts to keep the sale alive to great effect, particularly over the impact of the autumn mini budget and the turmoil that caused on the stock markets. The market place has changed massively since the summer and Bourne have provided great support in trying to sell in that rapidly changing and falling market.
There were many occasions since the summer where the delays in the sale put our purchase at risk however Bourne have been superb in dealing and liaising with the vendor of my purchase and somehow, on numerous occasions, keeping our purchase alive with them. We cannot thank them enough for this.
It has been an eventful journey and very stressful and Bourne have been amazing at keeping us as calm as they could and reassured us that we will get to the end of the process and we will get the house we wanted.
Lisa, Atul and Michelle have continued to be superb and, using their skills and wide experience, have provided an excellent level of service and we cannot thank them enough. I would recommend Bourne as a go to agent.

I have been dealing with Bourne for a few months now on the sale of some property and the purchase of a replacement.
They have been excellent in using their many contacts in marketing my property, which is targeted as a development opportunity rather than a traditional sale. I have had a significant number of viewings resulting in an interested party making an acceptable offer.
All viewings were professionally conducted by various staff from Bourne causing minimum disturbance and disruption and I was given great feedback on comments from the viewers and the likelihood of the viewer being a serious candidate to move forward with.
Similarly they have identified several properties to me as suitable replacements resulting in me finding a property that very closely matched my needs and aspirations.
We are currently in the conveyancing process on both properties and Bourne are maintaining contact and providing great advice and assistance on related matters when needed.
Lisa, Atul and Michelle have been superb and, using their skills and wide experience, have provided an excellent level of service.
I would recommend Bourne as a go to agent.

I have just let my six bedroom property through James Fancy Bourne in Esher. I have found the service that I received to be first class. Chris came out to photograph the property within half an hour or being called and by the end of the day the property was on the internet. As a landlord of many years experience I gave clear instructions as to how the let should be kept simple and these instructions were respectfully followed to the word. All the members of staff were bright and polite throughout the whole process. When a let was agreed the paperwork was turned round at lightening speed. Being from overseas, about to let my first apartment here, I was a bit apprehensive about the entire process to be honest. However, the Letting Team from JF was amazing. James fancy Bourne have put our trust back into estate agents . After months of grief with other agents ( I won’t name ) we started to give up on moving home . We were kindly approached by a Bourne representative who seemed to talk more honestly than others , so decided to give it another shot . Bourne had us under offer very quickly and things progressed steadily . Unfortunately we ended up in a large chain but Cody of Bourne was on hand constantly pushing everything along . We would not hesitate to recommend James fancy Bourne as they are truly hard working and honest estate agents! (rare thing now days). Since moving to our new home our friends also used Bourne after we recommended and have exchanged and moved in record time !!

He genuinely cares about his clients, he is not a "time waster" he does not show you anything that he personally does not think is right for you, which as a person with a limited time span in which to find a new home is just what I needed. I can honestly say that whenever Chris called me I always answered his call compared with other agencies that bombarded me with rubbish!. A truly exceptional estate agency with great staff.
