When it comes to Estate Agents this really is the white glove service. Adam Burlison and his team guided us through a tricky purchase and, put simply, went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we completed our purchase and got into our new home before Christmas. We are confident in saying our transaction would not have completed without the support of Adam and his super positive and supportive team. From the start of our house search they were the only Estate Agents in Esher to take us seriously as buyers, showing us three houses in the same week on a specific estate where they are experts and clearly the preferred agency by the residents on that estate. Their investment in us paid off as we persevered with a very complex and lengthy transaction that many buyers would have walked away from. Could not recommend them highly enough.

Excellent and personalised customer service, friendly, professional and proactive. Adam from Knight Frank went out of his way to keep the chain moving, support us, buyers and he wasn’t even our agent but selling a house to us. On the day of the move he even picked us up in his car when ours broke down and our moving truck crashed - we had a disastrous day but it ended positively.

Superb. We found our future home out of the blue so had to get our house on the market & sold in a very short timeframe. Adam was brilliant, a very can do attitude & went above & beyond to deliver this. Matt was fantastic at getting buyers through the door & finding the perfect match. Matt stayed close to the process all the way through, was in constant communication & offering to do anything to help the process along. Nothing was too much trouble. With all the stress that comes with moving house, Knight Frank in Esher couldn’t have done more to take some of that away. We couldn’t recommend them more!

Knight Frank helped sell our house (which was marketed immediately prior to the pandemic hitting) and performed fantastically throughout; we invited several of the "top" agencies to present us with sales strategies and Knight Frank's was by far the most compelling proposal - both in terms of understanding the local market, the idiosyncrasies of our property and the likely buyer. Their thoughts around pricing and the likely buyer were proved completely accurate within 3 weeks of marketing the house with feedback provided throughout on viewings etc.
It seems obvious, but the Knight Frank personal were highly professional (and punctual!) throughout all viewings and took the time to really understand the property so that they could answer questions from buyers fully, giving reassurance where necessary - having viewed many houses ourselves during this period for our onward purchase, there are a number of agencies out there that do not tick these seemingly simple boxes and you should not discount the negative impact this has on buyers. We know from other friends that have sold that Knight Frank might not be the cheapest on the street, but like so many other things in life, you get what you pay for - we were very happy to pay a fair commission for the proactive and professional service we received.
We would highly recommend using Knight Frank if you are looking to sell your house and if you're very lucky you may be covered by Sophie Major, one of Knight Frank's Senior Sales Negotiators. Our sale was a protracted one (due to our onward purchase) and Sophie kept the process - 10 months, from start to finish! - on track, maintaining a positive outlook throughout and keeping the whole chain engaged. Sophie was the only one that didn't give up at any point and it is a testament to her attitude that we were finally able to exchange contracts.

We have dealt with may a tricky transaction in recent times, but I believe the fall through rate on transactions I have dealt with in which the KF Esher team have been involved is zero. This has everything to do this the effort they put into facilitating and assisting with the transactions from agreeing terms right through to completion. I would highly recommend both Bella and Matthew to any seller of buyer in the local area.

We have just bought a house in Surbiton through the Esher office and it was as smooth a transaction as you could wish under the circumstances. Despite the travelling distance Matthew Scott attended the garden and kept the plants alive (it was vacant possession, and a long time vacant) and Alex Herman undertook some delicate negotiation when our own buyers made last minute demands. Having moved a number of times in the Esher area in the last 10 years , we have had the pleasure of dealing with Alex Herman and the rest of the Knight Frank team on numerous occasions .
They have been absolutely fantastic , discreet and extremely professional .
Every move was completed on time and with no stress at all , any problems that arose were dealt with speedily and efficiently by Alex .
I can't rate them highly enough , 6 out of 5 stars in my opinion!
