When we first moved in to the area the house we bought was being sold through jenkinsons and we always remembered how helpful they were so when the time came for us to put our house back on the market we knew exactly who we wanted to go to.
The team were again fantastic, our main dealings was with Ed who came and photographed our house doing a fabulous job of showing off our home. He was friendly and very approachable when responding to any queries.
He also showed us around the house we decided to buy.
We were lucky and our house sold quickly, the team kept us updated with the progress of the sale through out and any time we had to contact them they always responded in a very timely manner.
We would highly recommend jenkinsons a local estate agents who always had time for us.

No question or request ever felt like it was too much trouble (it was not an easy chain and was very drawn out length of time until completion). I have been in touch with these on two occasions to buy a property in Deal, Kent. I can honestly say I have found both the Male whom I met on one appointment and the female who makes the appointments, extremely unhelpful and to the point of very rude on the times I have had contact with them. It was almost as if they did not want to sell the properties to me. I have on both occasions had half the asking price in cash and a mortgage put in place, yet I was made to feel it was not good enough for them. I just find it amazing that normal everyday buyers are not extended the courtesy of good manners and a professionalism from them!

Renowned for undervaluing houses in Deal. We got 3 valuations and Jenkinson under valued our house by £100K! I’m not stupid, I know how much my house is worth; I just feel sorry for sellers not in the know. Look on Rightmove at prices and always get at least three valuations!

Often try and convince sellers to list at below market prices especially on larger properties. Always get several valuations as Jenkinson Estate agents are notorious for getting a quick sale at the expense of the seller.
