Foxtons has been by far the best agency I have used since moving to the UK. I feel lucky to have met Lubna who personally handled everything required in finding a flat to lease. Not only did she find me an amazing flat, she was communicative, passionate, and lovely all around!! My main concern was passing reference checks as an international student and she made me feel at ease the entire time. I couldn't recommend her more!! My House was fully managed by Foxtons. I did my best to keep up my promises, obligations and make the house not only liveable and also enjoyable. North Finchley managers knows this by heart. They made a Fortune through my home, I did some money as well. Whenever an issue arises they have been hidden for a while and then they appear and responding your enquiries partially. On several occasion, for the sake of honest business and feel better my self, I even use my own finances to make my tenants happy. In return, Foxtons didn’t show me the same respect and similar agility. I am deeply disappointed by their North Finchley managers. Whenever contact them they respond either lately or partially respond. I have another house in London and I live abroad. I feel they take advantage of the situation. The last tenant left the property in a mess and Foxtons didn’t take any action and preparing the full payment to the tenants, I am sorry Shame on you ! and your useless tenants. I will never ever do business with any Foxtons any more. Btw stay away Haart Luton as well. I have positive minded person and I recognise the good job always. I am happy with the service I am receiving from 2nd home run by another estate agents. Have never ever come across such nuisance on any occasion through more than 5 years with them. Lastly, my non residential number missing by other estate agent and ask Foxtons just hand over to them, a simple task. Guess what happened they blackmailing saying “ if you delete your previous Google comments on the internet, we can disclose it” They are like jokes and they think they are clever. Shame ! I live overseas , I drop a line to the HMRC and get my existing NLR number. Now its full honesty. Their fees are sky high but their Myfoxtons web site is unique, user friendly, professional and quite useful. You can monitor your uploaded documents from there and also get your yearly expenditures/ expenses for tax purposes. To my eye and experience, Amongst them Foxtons number one from Bottom. If I were in your shoes I can only use any estate agents ( others look more or less the same with few exceptions ) finding the tenants; yes they are useful finding tenants, especially Foxtons but rip you off at the same time ( their rated sky high and force you near x2 pcm with no landlord payment) This is how I feel and think about Foxtons Finchley. If you have positive thoughts about them, I would also be happy for you. For me, stay away Foxtons North Finchley ( No idea ??????? about other Foxtons, I am sure there are decent people out there) Btw, I know remember when first contacted Foxtons they had a employee very nice, kind and approachable that’s why I follow the brand. Btw,I must admit the head of the manager has been kind but not approachable easily and not concentrate on solving the problems with its roots. Sorry Mr. S… this is my 2nd comment on your service and will stay here. You deserve fully such comments as take advantage thinking I live overseas. I d like to see your reply to this comment....
