Just wanted to say thanks for the service. I am buying not selling a property and Sue in Sales Progression is lovely. She is very prompt in her responses and is so helpful and approachable. All the team I have met/spoken with are great. I bought a house before this that fell through with another estate agent and the service was appalling, they were so pushy, applied so much pressure and were extremely rude which made me worried about the next time I dealt with an estate agent again but honestly the service has been fab and very personable too.Thank you it is a stressful time and especially when you have a solicitors that have been a nightmare.
