Could not fault friendly and professional service from valuation to completion. The sale of my mother’s property was somewhat emotional and stressful but made so much easier by the team. I was really pleased with the marketing and negotiations. Emma was amazing professional and reassuring and ensured the sale progressed to completion as smoothly as possible. Highly recommend.

We were very impressed with Jeremy McGinn & Co We did meet Jeremy on several occasions and both he and his staff were exemplary in the manner in which they dealt with our purchase. Both Jeremy and his staff were always very accessible, very professional, communicative , friendly and helpful

Overall a successful move. If any criticism the house details were a little misleading e.g. state of conservatory, information on there not being gas in the village.

The Team at Jeremy McGinn are outstanding. Selling a property can be stressful but they made it a joy from start to finish, special thanks to Laura, Roger and Linda.

I was always told, if you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say it all so I don’t tend to bother with bad reviews but I am sat here thinking about my experience with Jeremy McGinn and felt really annoyed. Someone asked me how I got on with a property I liked and I had to say, I put in an offer and no one EVER got back to me. It was a real offer, not bogus, not too low and was something I was really interested in. I just never heard back even after calling and sending two emails to follow up. There are some super agencies around, I would if you can, give these guys a wide birth!

First time in 20yrs moving house ..the process was brilliant and virtually stress free ..the girls at the alcester branch helped with all of our demands and where very helpful and easy to deal with...would definitely recommend to use ...if we decide to sell again we will definitely use this estate agent again ...so thanks again to the girls at the alcester branch...
