In the middle of Lock down and Covid i was selling two properties and buying a new build. I've found the service and the communication to be exemplary. I was kept constantly informed of all progress. Jeremy himself helped me a great deal with various complications in the transaction that occurred with both the building of the new house and the legal side of the transaction.
I have continued to seek advice on further property matters since and I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone buying or selling. I certainly see them as 'trusted advisors'. Great service.

Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t a good one. From the start, communication was poor. Was late to appointments, and it was difficult to get hold of anyone when we needed updates.
Overall, it seemed like the priority was just to get a quick sale, rather than offering genuine advice or support that worked in our best interest.
