All my emails and phone requests since mid Dec to get a copy of the insurance for the 194 Ladbroke Gove have been ignored, despite promises on the phone. This is contrary to the rights the terms of the lease for the lessees in the building. I do not normally deal with such issues in this manner. However, it seems not possible to get any response. Consistently excellent: always responsive (even during lockdown), knowledgeable of current regulations/maintenance standards/my buildings maintenance history, inspection and contract renewal deadlines always met, detailed/complex works requiring Section 20 notices handled efficiently, pricing competitive. So I moved out of my property 5 weeks ago and still waiting to be told what is happening with my deposit, Sharon Blagg who was the building manager does not seem to know how to her job. She is extremely slow with replies sometimes she does not reply at all! I keep being told she looking into it and will come back to me and she never does and I always have to chase her! I then got her managers email who is called Chris emailed him no response asked for call backs did I get a call back of course not he seem just as useless as she is! Anyone who has these guys as there building manger i would really consider changing companies!... Read more

Jeremy is the worst estate agent try your best to avoide him. As he will never put your offer to landlord, Not sure why he is allowed to speak on behalf of jmw barnad, doing a worst job for landlord and the agency.... Read more

Rubbish! The worst management I've ever seen in my entire life! Lifts in building are constantly broken waiting for weeks to be fixed. My flat is drawing in the water (kitchen and bathroom floor + all living room ) for 5 days and leaking hasn't been stopped. When you called them to explain problem they put the phone down!! Don't you ever rent/buy any property managed by this company.... Read more
