27th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)[Today I had an appointment to view a house with Jaqui. Unfortunately, the agent forgot the keys to the house, which cost me almost 2 hours of lost time during the work week. I understand — things happen. But I can't recommend this agency to others. I hope they improve their checklists — maybe QR codes for keys with in-app checks, like delivery services use, so nothing gets missed or mixed up.- 8th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)So hard to get in touch. I’ve been chasing for over 2 months and got nothing. I’m a current tenant and posted queries three times via enquiry form, emailed Senior Head of Lettings Elizabeth many times too.
4th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)Gabriella helped us with our search for a flat to rent in October, 2020. She was very attentive and understood what we were looking for right away. She showed us several properties that were excellent matches for our search. She kept an eye on the market for us, giving us the first viewings on new properties. We ended up renting something else but I could not recommend her more. Finding a nice home to rent in London is always challenging and Gabriella made it a great experience for us. I will definitely work again with her and this company in the future.

I highly recommend working with him and ,of course, Winkworth. he is reliable, helpful, and will leave you with an excellent experience.

They were able to accommodate our requests efficiently and found us a several new tenant quickly. We would recommend Rickman’s without reservation.

24th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)The team was dreadful at getting back to us, constantly passing it from one member to another which significantly delayed things - their poor service costs us an additional £150 which could’ve have been sorted for free if they simply replied on time and pulled through with what they said. Koyer, our agent contact was exceptional in helping us. He was available for calls/messages/queries and always got back within the hour. The agency handled all rental/ referencing documents really well and followed up where necessary. 25th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)We stayed at 26 Upper Addison Gardens and had a great time. There were 9 family members from age 8 to 77 and all had a wonderful time. The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us. Thanks for all you did for us. Great job!
