We have worked closely with Robert Green and Will Close-Smith who have both provided an exemplary service. They have been in regular contact and provided expert advice throughout the entire process. They have excellent market insights, but don’t over promise or enter into hype. Will has been particularly supportive through the conveyancing process using his knowledge and contacts to keep things moving at speed. JDW Chelsea, did a fantastic job selling my house. Gave me good advice on pricing, marketing and when it came to sale process , how to navigate the complex path to exchange. They also ensured that the exchange happened very quickly, which without their hand holding would not have been the case. What I also liked that even though Robert Green was may original main contact , I dealt with the whole team. The actual sale in the end was handled by William Close Smith. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Not only did he achieve the asking price, for me. He ensured that the exchange happened in a very smooth and extremely quick manor. I cannot thank him enough!!! Someone you really want on your side when selling your property. He was also very good at handling me, which is important as selling property is a stressful process!... Read more

The whole team at JDW Chelsea Green are amazing – very professional and trustworthy, but incredibly charming as well. We recently sold our house through the Chelsea Green office, having had a couple of false starts where they kept their humour as we pulled out due to not being able to find what we wanted to buy in the country. Will Close-Smith was fantastic in closing off a tricky negotiation process. We have now bought a wonderful flat through JDW Chelsea Green and once again they were super proactive through the sales process which saw us exchange at 6pm on New Year’s eve. Chapeau! again to Will Close-Smith, and Jamie Davidson. Finally, they have given us excellent advice on the market over the years - Andy Buchanan, thank you particularly.
