We recently moved into London from Singapore and we had been dealing with S&P - i.e. Petra and Gloria to settle our rental house.
Since it's covid period, we couldn't do any recce/ site visit physically; however the team had been very helpful and responsive to our request.
Even when we got locked out of our house on 31st of December, Gloria was very helpful and we managed to solve the issue in time!
Overall, the entire process had been relatively a breeze and we would definitely recommend S&P to anyone who need property related services.

I had previously looked at so many listings, with different agencies and agents and to be honest was getting a bit tired of it all. Then stepped in Yamila Hernandez of Strutt & Parker. The process was extremely efficient and Yamila is a serious force. She is totally on it, a highly effective do-er and has an amazing drive to just get things done. I couldn’t recommend her and the team more, in particular Petra Duffin and Stephanie Walker, who helped with various aspects throughout. They are all very hands on and have the ability to act quick, with diligence, professionalism and an all round genuine attitude that made all the difference. In my experience, if you are looking to rent a property, Strutt & Parker have a better quality of listings, a much more streamlined process while moving forward and offer a greater experience than most. Huge shock last night to learn that Strutt and Parker, in particular Olivia Leigh had sent a group email including 387 email address.
This not only breaches Sturtt and Parkers code of conduct on handling data but breaches GDPR regulation.
Having followed up with them this afternoon they have being very unhelpful in keeping us updated on what they are doing about the matter.
If you are looking to buy or rent do not use this company as they are unable to keep your data safe.

My experience on a home purchase with Fehd Alsaidi at Strutt & Parker has been nothing short of excellent. It is a given that most top-end property search consultants demonstrate the “minimum” such as punctuality, courteousness and a professional approach, but it was the “extras” which I was particularly impressed with:
-Judgement: Fehd exercises judgement. After one or two places, he honed in on, and intuitively knew what it was I was looking for. I was not shown anything “unsuitable” thereafter, and my search became highly focussed and targeted.
-Patience and persistence: there were complications and “hold-ups” throughout my process. Fehd showed resilience and was able to maintain an intensity to keep the process moving and on track
-Emotional support: my transaction was not the most straight forward of purchases and at times was emotinoally highly draining. Fehd was just “there” for me and was able to act as a “highly trusted sounding board” whilst continuing to keep a level head during important decision-making processes
I shouldn’t however be surprised by any of this. I purchased my previous home with Fehd and “went back to him again” knowing full well that I would get the same quality service and repeat experience as before. Thank you once again. It has been highly appreciated!
