Overall I had a reasonably good experience with John D Wood although the information given about the property was somewhat lacking. I expect this is because the property was only being let out by the landlord for the first time.
Millie Finch was our negotiator, whom I found to be charming and very pleasant to deal with. She was however quite pushy in making the sale, which I found just a tad off-putting.

Rob Philp and Russell Williamson were highly professional, friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about the support they offered to me in relation to a sale and purchase. I could not recommend this team more highly. Rob Philip especially proved to be an ace negotiator when dealing with a particularly pedantic and unrealistic/unreasonable firm of solicitors acting for the buyers and kept everything on track brilliantly, whilst maintaining a sense of humour ! This made the transaction a lot less stressful than it already was.

She took the time to correspond with me before I moved from the United States to help understand what I would be looking for so that she would be prepared to show me excellent listings as soon as we arrived. I worked with Savannah at John D Wood when I relocated from New York City. She was absolutely amazing! I didn't have corporate housing so needed a flat immediately. We spoke on the phone prior to me leaving New York to detail exactly what I was looking for in a flat and within 24 hours of being in London I had a flat which was perfect and was able to move in a week later. She completely understood what I was looking for and her attention to detail and attentiveness made the whole transactions seamless and quick. I highly recommend her to anyone that wants to move into the Chelsea area.

Sam Spring did a fantastic job shepherding the most complex property sale of our lives from start to it's successful conclusion.The sales process ,which took three months (including Xmas and NY), involved expats/timezones on both ends, a difficult Freeholder in the midst of a fight over Enfranchisement and solicitors representing all three parties who were sticklers for detail while protecting their client's interests.Sam, wise beyond his years, used a calm and deft touch to handhold ,reassure and guide throughout the process.He proactively provided buyers unfamiliar with London property with context for actions and information that left unexplained could have caused alarm and jeopardised the sale.Additionally, he was key to ensuring that the communication between the solicitors as well as between solicitors and their clients was smooth and timely.Both my wife and I ,who spent our careers in senior roles at major corporations, observed in Sam a combination of smarts, skills and attitudes rarely found in any single individual, let alone in a young man .This Gentleman has a very long career runway ahead of him.

Katherine Popoil was very nice and very helpful over the course of my tenancy. She is unflappable and focused on solving the problem when things went wrong which is not always the case with the rental property managers after the lease is signed. The lettings office in Sloane Square was very helpful too when I realised I'd left my keys in the north of England on a Friday evening. They kept the office open for me so I wouldn't be shut out for the weekend. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from John D Wood again.

As a landlord whose property was successfully let through joint team effort of this office and the one in Fulham, I was impressed by how professional, polite, realistic and effective negotiators they all were. Gideon successfully handled a delicate negotiation with persistence and in good spirit. Byron was efficient and very responsive. And Jessica on Fulham Road established the necessary link and relationship with the tenant. Good team work all round.

I went through several agencies in the area looking for somewhere to rent. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Keelie Field at John D Wood after requesting to view a property. She showed me additional properties and I was very impressed that she had a very good grasp of what my interests and requirements were, and she had selected very appropriate properties.
On the day of the viewing Keelie took me around the properties and was very personable and professional and had an excellent knowledge of the properties and area, and all the additional questions about the properties were immediately answered by her. I ended up seeing a property I'd already seen with a different agent earlier in the day, and Keelie had an infinitely better knowledge of the property compared to her competitor.
When it came to putting in an offer on the property, Kellie gave an excellent service, and the manager of the agency met with me personally, and went to additional lengths to try and secure the property.
I couldn't recommend this agency highly enough, and Keelie in particular is a credit to the company!!

First time we worked with Keelie Field was in 2014, she helped us finding a perfect 1 bedroom flat in Central London according to our flat's requirements and budget.
Now, few years later, we decided to change for a 2-bedroom flat and came back for help to Keelie.
She is very attentive, helpful and dedicated to her work. She helped us finding a new place literally over the week by showing us a number of properties at a time.
We highly recommend using her services, as she never pushes you into the “yes” decision to whatever property you see so she could close the deal as soon as possible. Her professional and personal qualities are outstanding, she becomes your friend once you start working together.

Think carefully about feigned reviews here.
FS Chelsea recognises the value of these reviews and agents (perhaps not all?) directly plead clients to write positive reviews once they have your business lined up. Be aware the aggregated score you see is not truly reflective of their reputation.
My personal experience with them was incredibly frustrating. Endless incompetency, under delivered on expectations, and constant battle to make things right. From check-in to, throughout the lease, to well after check-out. The one-star is the most I could offer, but the real reason for this review is a heads up on the other reviews.

Faron Sutaria have exceeded my expectations. My flat was on the market for a few months, they found a buyer within a week of getting on board. All the way through to exchange of contracts, they kept me informed and updated of progress. Both Nadiye and Russell were always available to answer my queries or got back to me promptly, as helpful, professional and courteous as you could wish for. I highly recommend them.
