if you are looking to rent your property and want it properly managed don't use John D Wood and their incompetent Countrywide colleagues as property management doesn't exist.

House-hunting in Central London is not exactly a spa break, to say the least. After months of dealing with several agents, and growing increasingly disheartened, it was positively a relief to land at John D Wood in Battersea. Antonia was absolutely outstanding from the off, in every respect, and a genuine pleasure to deal with as a person. She was incredibly attentive and intuitive to what I was looking for from a property, however specific, and from that point, only suggested properties that truly fit the bill. This alone is a stand-out trait; Antonia singles herself out from the swathes of time-wasting agents who suggest irrelevant properties and telephone incessantly. Unlike my experiences with other agencies, I never once felt pressured, or part of a sales target, and this is entirely owing to Antonia's very human approach to the task. She was even so kind as to let me see a property before she listed it - partly out of confidence that I would love it (which I instantly did), and in sensitivity to my personal circumstances. The deal was signed and sealed that afternoon - swift, painless, and incredibly efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend her, or John D Wood, as a first port of call to anyone house-hunting in London.

We had the pleasure of working with Anntonia Redding who helped us find a flat twice !, everything was done with maximum professionals and with smiley face and great attitude. Last time she helped us to find a flat and close the contract in less than a week. I give you 5/5 - you deserve it.

This company is very easy to work with and have made a recent move a lot easier than it might have been. Frankie in particular was extremely helpful and proactive in chasing third parties who could have potentially slowed things down. Would definitely recommend and use again.
