I have met this property agent today, his name is Hugh Daunt. Oh boy, after a lot of horrible experiences with a lot of property agents, it was quite a shock but in a good way. Respected my time, showed me 2 wonderful properties in Chelsea. Even though they were not in my budget, they were pretty darn good. This guy deserves an upgrade. Cheers????????

Percy and Fred are London's best estate agents - always pro active, charming, helpful, efficient - the most diligent, hard working guys! Honestly they were an excellent go between. A transatlantic search by picky clients! Dexters co-ordinated, filtered and arranged with maximum efficiency making our lightening visits enormously well-targeted and productive. Not much to say but just great! Without going to details my tenancy agreement had came after a lot effort, effort always put promptly by Sarah who has been extremely helpful and supportive from the first viewing till the signature of the contract. If this is reflective of the standards of Dexters during the tenancy, I can rest assure that there will not be issues.

Charlie and the team did a fantastic job with the sale of my house in the area. I was assured that it would be stress free and They would take full care of the situation as I’m not the quickest when it comes to administration and they delivered way more than that. My partner and I recently sold our property through this branch ! Having heard nothing but bad things about estate agents when selling your first home. I can confirm that was not the case here. Charlie gave us an honest valuation and was a clear front runner in comparison to purple bricks who also valued our flat. We had an offer after 1 month of marketing which we were delighted to go ahead with and the sale went through much quicker than when we purchased the place. We have now sadly moved out of the area but I will be sure to use Dexters again when selling in the future.
