Eddy Lord helped me on a search to find a flat and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was creative, patient, professional, patient and charming. Eddy is never pushy or aggressive, rather he listens and finds a range of options for the tenant. I felt very well taken care of and more importantly respected. This is a very difficult market and Eddy actively looked for and kept me updated on all possible options. Some times they worked and sometimes they didn’t but he remained committed to the search. Just moved to the new apartment and i love it. I'd recommend Kinan from Foxtons. I've talked to so many agents who all failed to keep contact after I leave my details with them. But Kinan is the only one who calls me with great passion whenever he has a property which he thinks I'd like. And he'd arrange me to view the property on the same day that I express my interest. He's super efficient as well, replying my long inquiry emails within just one day. He's more like a friend who gives genuine suggestions instead of someone who just wants you to pay. All in all, I think it has been a really pleasant experience so far.

I am having one of the worst experience in my life with Foxton Chelsea.
They were very unprofessional during my rent and now in the end they accept the landlord ask a ilegal and abusive deductions from my deposit without even checking and finishing the agreement. I am taking the appropriate actions on it.
Also the agent was very negligent, delivering the flat not clean enough and when I call to complain she answered I can’t do anything and you can deliver the flat in the same way you receive.
I already have heard very bad reputation in the city about them, and now I can clear confirm.
They allowed the landlord ask ilegal and abusive deductions without even checked or finished the rent and no attention at all.

If you need an Agent to pull a rabbit out of a hat, goto Foxtons. What other agents couldn't do, they managed it. Brooke from the management team is the least competent person I ever dealt with I send the same email with same request 6 times. She is still ignoring us. We are sending the next one to the CEO of this company. I bet it does not take that long to answer to the questions about the deposit and how to raise a dispute.

Myself and two others recently acquired a lease through Douglas here. Absolutely stellar chap. He was forthright and completely honest, putting our interests first to never once let the mantle drop. Could not recommend him more (and Foxtons as a result). Communication was excellent and he really fought for us, clearly the customer is put first at Foxton’s and we couldn’t be happier.
No this is not a bogus, automatic review. Douglas genuinely merits a recommendation like this for the work he put in for us.

This is one of the worst agencies we have ever dealt with. They are dishonest, deceitful, unresponsive, and arrogant. We will steer clear of having anything to do with them in the future. We dealt with Harold Amis who promises what he can’t deliver and then denies he ever promised it in the first place. When we tried to confront him he pushed us off to his manager, Lisa, who wouldn’t return our call or respond to our emails.
Anyone looking to rent around Chelsea should avoid this agency at all costs.

I wouldn't never recommend this agency to anyone! Highly unprofessional, deceitful and go back on their word whilst management hides behind closed doors.
Our experience with them has been nothing but disappointing and full of lies. First they pushed and pushed for an earlier move out date, confirming verbally to it and pressuring my partner to change her move out arrangements (costly ones). When something went wrong on their end they went back on the agreement and said there's nothing that can be done, leaving my partner with extra bills and no answers.

Gabriella is one of those people who is clearly in the perfect job role! Even when things seemed terribly complicated and near impossible she managed to get everything to align and went above and beyond to get our sale through at the necessary deadline! I highly recommend Beth O’Driscoll. She is responsive, thorough, prepared and knowledgeable. She followed up on my search items promptly, and I was particularly impressed by the background work she put in to research flats for me, e.g. with regards to Wi-Fi provider plans — an important requirement for me. She was very helpful with multiple viewings, and even when I had to go back to a flat to double check on items I had missed the first time around. She was also great at providing me with very good options that I hadn’t even considered based on the parameters of my search. Unfortunately, I ended up finding a gorgeous property with another agent, but the fact that I’m taking the time to write this review highlights how much I was pleased with Beth’s work and my interactions with Foxtons.

We worked with Raxma to find us a four bedroom flat and then a three bedroom flat and honestly could not have asked for a better person to be on the frustrating journey that is finding a flat in London. Raxma is energetic, confident, easy going and most importantly, knows exactly what she is doing. She was constantly touching base with us, asking if we needed anything else and always always have us her honest opinion, even if it meant she didn’t get anything out of it. This was the first time we were looking for flats in London and it was a daunting experience but Raxma made it so easy. She becomes a friend very quickly but is always very professional. I called 3 times and sent two emails confirming the flat I wanted to view- even confirming the day before. It took almost 2 weeks to get a viewing and when I did, Raxma took me to the wrong flat. In the completely wrong area. Which also happened to be nothing like what my requirements were.
Her colleague Giuseppe is not better- he will call and hang up after three rings. Does not leave a message. When you call him back it will be 20 minutes of him scolding you for not picking up as he is very busy. Quite rude and talked over me the entire time I was on the phone.
Why is is so hard to find a letting agent who actually does their job? If I were a selling or a landlord, I wouldn’t use Foxtons because their personnel don’t treat their customers with respect.

I worked with Raxma Abdullahi out of Foxtons Chelsea and had a very positive experience. She was professional, detail oriented, and very candid—three traits that aren’t always synonymous with “lettings agent.” Raxma possesses a strong knowledge of the Chelsea/South Kensington area as well as detailed knowledge of the letting process. This process could’ve been arduous and horrible, but Raxma made it quick and easy to find a flat I loved and make it mine. Thanks, Raxma!

Some agencies take a week to process the documents, clean the flat etc
but with Foxtons , things happen NOW. They have enough people and resources to do it and they try their best to make people happy.
They have cars and can show you many flats the same day.
