He knows the local area extremely well, and helped us with the EPC rating, clearance guys etc. I take it all back about what I’ve said about estate agents in the past! We rented a flat through John Martin Estates for 2 years and from initially contacting them right through until we left the property (and even now keeping in touch) they have been amazing! Genuinely lovely people to interact with, are quick to respond and you can tell they also have a great relationship with their landlords making the process of renting through them so easy. They always went the extra mile and even supported us when we were looking to purchase another property out of the area with advice and support. Couldn't recommend them more highly.... Read more

The worst estate agent I have ever seen.they don’t care about your time.they don’t answer your questions and requests I was seen by a lad called Duncan.i wanted to Rent a flat of them so went to view the flat . I was happy to take the flat and I informed him that I would want the flat .he asked me to put a request in in writing via email so I did that. and that was it !!! no response from this agent.they could have at least informed me that they wouldn’t like me to be their tenant rather than making me wait days for nothing!!! One of the WORST and slow Estate agents I have ever experience. They waste your time every day, they don't even inform you in regards to the Flat. In fact me and my father kept calling eveyday trying to chase them and ask about flat/house. The white lady along with the land lady inside is so rude they do not know how to talk with a customer. All they do is take your deposits accept everything and make you wait and wait and last minute say no. Don't trust this company "John Martin Estates". They dont even deserve 1 star, all of them are time wastes.... Read more

We rented a flat with John Martin Estates for two years and always received an excellant service. John and his team are very friendly and take the time to help whatever the issue. They know the local area very well and take pride in looking after residents whenever possible.
