What a great team! James especially when we were buying our house in Chorleywood. The solicitor was incredibly slow, so slow in fact that after months of ringing (the solicitor) every day, we were about to loose the chain. At this point I realised we would need to find another solicitor— but that was proving impossible as the deadly slow solicitor problem was widespread. James came up with a solution — at last we had a solicitor with a Secretary instead of a junior clerk looking at emails once a week. Our house purchase went through.
