We had the pleasure of dealing with Binks both as tenants and for the purchase of our first home. Their level of service is exceptional. As first-time buyers, we had heard horror stories about agents, but our experience with Binks was the complete opposite. Their director Miles went above and beyond to coordinate legal proceedings and make sure we could complete within our desired time frame. He was incredibly helpful and responsive with every query. We would highly recommend their services.

I think the best way to summarise my feelings from my experience with Binks is that anything house related (in my previous experience at least) has the potential to be extremely stressful, but on both occasions with Binks (the first time some years ago when I dealt with Lettings, and more recently, their Sales team) I cannot recommend them enough.
I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer and have a tendency to ask lots of questions, I have dealt with companies in the past who have made me feel like I'm asking silly questions, but Binks had nothing but patience for me. Every member of their team I have dealt with over the years has conducted themselves in a way that showed they genuinely cared about the process and in making sure I knew what was going on at every step.
I cannot recommend Binks enough, they will make you feel comfortable, they will look after you and they will genuinely care.

Binks really is a family-run property agency with exceptional customer service. For over 20 years, whilst I was living overseas, Binks were outstanding in managing my rental property in Chorleywood. They are completely trustworthy and transparent and were always successful in attracting good quality tenants. If any maintenance issues arose during a tenancy, Binks used one of their local area experts to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently, so that my tenant would not be inconvenienced.
More recently, I decided to sell my property through Binks. As expected, I received an exceptionally professional service. Their extensive knowledge of Chorleywood and tailored marketing, together with a pragmatic approach and clear communication, meant that the sale went through smoothly in what was a very tricky property market at the time.
I am very grateful to the Binks family for all their help over the years and sincerely thank all the team but especially Vicky and Miles who have been exceptional.

Exactly what the nation thinks of estate agents! Pushy, unhelpful & take it upon themselves to make every process as long as possible & will go out of their way to extract money from customers.
In terms or local knowledge, Gibbs Gillespie are superior (not affiliated to them).
Would not recommend.

We bought and sold using Binks Estate agents. Miles, Clare and the team handled all the selling requirements very professionally, arranging EPG surveys, photography, on-line advertising, and signage. Clare dealt with viewings on both the selling and buying, and was always punctual allowing plenty of time to assess the property. Once the process started Miles guided us through each step keeping us informed along the way, negotiating with buyers and sellers as required. He also kept in touch with all the solicitors involved to help speed things along. Buying and selling is stressful but with the Binks team behind us we felt more at ease. Highly recommended.

I have been a tenant for the past 10years and from day 1 I felt part of the Binks family. The team Binks has been such great agents addressing all our request without delay. Vicky has been excellent with her support and personal touch, Gill has covered Vicky very well in Vicky’s absence and Mr Binks himself does not shy away of doing any work, they all have been hands on. Thank you Binks family for looking after us the way you have and making us always comfortable past 10years.
I would strongly recommend them and I give them 7* for their personal touch and sensible and professional approach.
Ofcourse this confirms that our landlord is amazing too by choosing and trusting Binks as their property agents. Great job

The particulars for the property were beautifully done, they organised an Open Day and we received 6 offers the following day and it was sold!. They really went above and beyond to help my parents through what was a very difficult time for them. I can thoroughly recommend them.
