They had not moved for 46 years but he was patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Easily reachable very responsive. All of the staff members we dealt with were equally professional. I've used many estate agents over the years, and the experience is usually pretty unpleasant. Bad service. Useless progressing. Rudeness. Dreadful attitude. Horrible people. So, I had a low expectation for my most recent house sale. Here we go again was pretty much my expectation.
I was really delighted when my poor opinion of estate agents, and the whole estate agency business was swiftly reversed by the excellent service that Jake Shropshire and his team at Jonathan Hunt, Buntingford, provided. They were friendly, accurate, reassuring, provided expert knowledge and advice at every stage. And when things went wrong, they were able to get everything back on track, with the minimum of fuss. Jake, Lorraine and the team here make other estate agents look pretty poor. Outstanding. Don't bother going anywhere else and I should know having moved some 12 times over the years. They don't sit on their hands waiting for replies to enquiries etc. They are very proactive and may well have sped my move up by being so conscientious. All round excellence and nice, sociable, easy going people as well.

Myself and my partner brought our first home with the help of Jake and Lorraine at Jonathan Hunt. I can not recommend them highly enough the process was so smooth and both Jake and Lorraine were so helpful. Communication was excellent they always got back to us when they said they would. We had some delays towards the end but Jake and Lorraine were on hand to liaise between us and the sellers and kept us informed.

We recently sold our house through Jonathan Hunt in Buntingford and they were superb. Jake and Kay provided outstanding service and support throughout the whole process. We had one sale fall through due to an issue further down the chain and they found us another buyer within a matter of days which all went through. The communication was excellent and we were informed immediately of any updates, often before our solicitor could get in touch.

Thank you Jake and team. Great service. We entered the market at what turned out to be a difficult time. To increase our chances, we went multi agent but soon realised that one agent was outperforming the rest. It is very hard to differentiate between agents at the initial meeting as everyone sounds impressive. The proof is whether they back that up . Jake and the team really made us feel that they were working hard on the sale, with regular updates and viewings, and you were definitely not just a number. We shouldn't really have cared who sold our property, but in the end we did. It was the people who worked the hardest. We would recommend highly.
