Our buyers solicitors were awful! You may have heard stories about the state of conveyancing but we could trump them all. A 6 week completion turned to 18 weeks due to an incompetent solicitor who also lied to all parties. Andrew was brilliant, patient and supportive. We were close to giving up but Andrew stuck with it and saved the day! Nice guy to boot!

Though there were lengthy delays due to the seller's solicitors' incompetence, Jason diligently persevered and made the purchase possible before our mortgage offer expired. Deeply unprofessional and difficult to work with. They sent the wrong checkout report and have been disorganised and slow to reply. They’re bad neighbours and unpleasant in negotiations. There are plenty of better estate agents in the area - save your time and energy.

Andrew Grossett supported my through my first time purchasing a property and was absolutely brilliant. He was always prompt with responses, knowledgeable about the area and the property and happy to accommodate me whenever I wanted to view the property. He often went the extra mile in helping to get additional information from the seller to help me progress my purchase as quickly as possible and explained everything to me clearly. There were never any 'silly' questions in his eyes. I will certainly go to JT Clarke and Andrew for any future buying or selling!

Jason has been absolutely fantastic through out our whole purchase and I'd highly recommend using JT Clarke to anyone looking to buy or sell.
Jason was always at the end of the phone (even when he was on holiday!) whenever I needed clarity on our purchase and was the first to offer his support when things needed moving on. First class experience all round.
When the time comes to either buy again, or sell, I'll definitely be coming back to Jason & JT Clarke!

I can't recommend Andrew/Jason and the team at JT Clarke London enough, we had a really positive experience from start to finish.
My property was valued and everything arranged to get it up on the market really quickly. The photos were professional and showed our property in its best light. They immediately had lots of viewings arranged with prospective buyers and we secured a buyer very quickly. We had a nightmare during the process with our buyers solicitor, but numerous times throughout the sale process Jason or Andrew stepped in to guide us through keeping things on track right up until completion.
Thanks very much to the entire team for all their hard work, they do more than just sell houses.
