DEFINITELY DID NOT CALL AND IF YOU CHECK OTHER REVIEWS YOU CAN SEE MANY PEOPLE COMPLAINING OF THE SAME POOR PRACTICE. I MUST ALSO MENTION THIS WAS THE 2ND TIME THIS HAPPENED TO US WITH THIS COMPANY HENCE THE EFFORT TO SEND A REVIEW. ONCE CAN BE PUT DOWN AS A MISTAKE BUT TWICE IS POOR PRACTICE. Very unprofessional and will waste your time. I booked a viewing and was left waiting for half an hour. After finally getting through I was told they had sold the house. Terrible. Book a slot for a viewing to buy a house, turn up early, yet no one turns up. Phone to question how long someone will be, and they say unfortunately we had an offer accepted this morning, we did try to phone twice. Waste of our time, the second time it's happened. Reply, you claim to have phoned me twice yet never left any voice mail. Unfortunately you were the "no shows"... Read more

Booked a viewing to view a property for the second time. I had put an offer in on this house so was very interested in purchasing. I had made an appointment for 16.45 on Friday the 20th of October, I have been left waiting in the cold and rain. It was also very embarrassing as I had organised to bring other members of my family. The sales office haven't answered the calls and after waiting for over half an hour with no contact I left. I am also considering retracting my offer as I have 0 faith in the company and there blatant lack of communication.... Read more
