Having never owned a home before the red tape and processes were completely alien to us thankfully Savills hand-held us along the way & were never to busy to tend to our needs.
Martin of Savills, was the onsite presence at the new development we were buying on and was incredibly knowledgeable on both the development & logistics surrounding it's completion. Martin left us with direct contact info from our first visit to the site and was always extremely responsive whenever we had a query (sometimes even on his days off - I'm sure he wont thank me for stating that publicly of course!).
The purchase of our new home was delayed on a couple of occasions but when the time came Savills went tooth & nail with the developer of the site to ensure our best interests were never forgotten.
In the end all parties were rallied together to ensure a smooth completion & move on the 18th of December which allowed us to celebrate our daughters 1st birthday on the 23rd and Christmas swiftly after.
Savills time & again proved to be pro-active & forthcoming in their approach to the acquisition of our new home - we highly recommend them!

It is a pleasure to feedback about Emma South. Emma has been brilliant from the beginning of our home search. She was very informative and open to listen to our requirements. If it was not Emma, we’d have never got our dream home. She never hesitated to show homes even if it was above our budget. In fact, the home we bought through Emma was not on our budget and never came up on our searches. We are very impressed with the service & care we received during the difficult time of selling our house which in we had lived for 35 years. The process was handled smoothly by Savills, in particular by Phaedra Howard & Amar Ashton. Despite our first buyers pulling out Savills found us new buyers within a couple of weeks who completed the purchase. We then had to deal with difficulties associated with Covid 19 & lockdown. Phaedra & Amar were extremely supportive & always available to answer all our queries. Phoebe was also very helpful as were all the other staff we dealt with.

Savills were the agent selling the house we ended up purchasing. As such they technically worked for the sellers not us, at no point did it feel like that. Amar was the main reason the chain succeeded and completion finally happened. She appeared fully committed to both the sellers and us, she kept great communication lines with our estate agents (we wish we had chosen Savills but had not) all solicitors and the sellers. She was calm, honest and focused throughout.

I was recommended Savills after I had been trying to sell my Mother's very old house via another agent. The house was a 2* listed building and the market for such a property is very specialist. Savills introduced a sense of realism into the process reflecting both the state of the market at that time and the type of building that was being sold. Throughout the process I found the staff at Savills extremely friendly, professional and proactive and managed to sell the property for an acceptable price. I would certainly recommend Savills and would use them myself in the future.
