Recently bought an apartment from Savills, Emma South dealt with the whole procedure from start to finish. She really made choosing my first apartment so much easier. She was extremely helpful and was always happy to answer any questions i may have had. Allowing me to view the place at short notice which was very helpful in making the decision easier. She went out of her way and I am very grateful for that. For my next purchase i do hope it would be as easy as this one has been.

I was recommended Savills after I had been trying to sell my Mother's very old house via another agent. The house was a 2* listed building and the market for such a property is very specialist. Savills introduced a sense of realism into the process reflecting both the state of the market at that time and the type of building that was being sold. Throughout the process I found the staff at Savills extremely friendly, professional and proactive and managed to sell the property for an acceptable price. I would certainly recommend Savills and would use them myself in the future.

We leased a full repairing property for 15 years in Bristol City centre which needed a lot of work to bring it back up to a reasonable standard for us to fully occupy... A schedule of works was made which was a general document which covered the works. We trusted the agent working at Savills - Craig. However the service was very bad.

I would make sure before signing any document with this company or craig even if pressurised by the agents you go through every single point carefully and make sure you have everything in writing...

The level of service from Craig from the Bristol office for such a large company has been appalling... They were only concerned with billing the landlord for the works of over 100k+ without even checking the works.

The roof was a main part of the works and to stop all leaks. When it leaked after 5 days of signing of the building - it was blamed on the UK weather....

Despite some initial difficulties at the commencement of the previous tenancy which were resolved satisfactorily, I find the Clifton team, especially Jane ,very good to deal with.

The only criticism of Savills that I have is of the central administration teams based in Richmond. I don't know whether there are resource issues but I have consistently found that individuals I have needed to speak to to speak to unavailable and ultimately very slow to respond to messages that I have left.
