DO NOT do business with this company! Pauline is very rude, tells other customers your private business. Aggressive, gives you attitude along with their poor services, promises you the world but you all you get is shafted by them. Thom no better. Save all the stress levels and high blood pressure and go somewhere else!! I wouldnt even give them 1 stars but this doesn't allow it. Read over reviews, this behaviour is isn't a one off!!

1 star is generous first of all.
Woman on the phone was so rude, told us we cant see a property because one of us was working.
Very abrupt, completely shut down the enquiry.
Like house buying isn't stressful enough.
Absolute shambles of an estate agents.

I have been renting for 7 years and I can not fault them. Excellent customer service and wonderful people. When our home got flooded Tom helped me find alternative accommodation for the time being whilst the house was being sorted. They have been wonderful to rent from.

My brother and I recently sold our mums house through Kelly Homes, great experience in these very difficult working from home covid times.
Throughout the sale we were independently kept up to date of any progressions or relevant information by Pauline.
Right from the start meeting up with Tom for a valuation we felt in very good hands and thanks to all the team for your hard work in achieving a good price and very professional service , would highly recommend

We decided to buy a park home in Wythall, first we had to put our own property on the market, the whole process was handled pleasantly and efficiently by Tom and Pauline, our house sold within two days of going on the market, the purchaser's solicitors needed prodding from time to time and this was done by Pauline who kept us informed of developments along with our own solicitor, all in all the selling and buying process was a very painless experience, well done and thanks to the Kelly homes team.

I do not understand some of the bad reviews, after lack of response from other agents, Kelly homes over performed to sell my property. Thom & Pauline are a wonderful combo that make the whole process easy

Do not use Kelly Homes....they ignore phone calls and emails and didn't get us a single viewing despite promising the earth! Changed estate agents and my property sold quickly. Avoid!!

Terrible service we went to view a property with an open viewing a meeting was held in a bedroom with the lady that was showing us round and when we went back to the office we were given the wrong forms to fill out and the young lad hadnt a clue what he was doing we lost the property to the lady who had a private meeting even though we were first in line .. rude and clueless staff

Extremely rude and abrasive sales agent. We parked up waiting for this individual to come and show us the property. He arrived and nearly hit into my car as he pulled the hand brake to slow down. I didn't say anything about it, we didn't even know he was the estate agent. He then started pointing at us and being extremely rude. "Which one of you called me?! Who is the interested party?" He started shouting gesturing at us to get out of the car.
He then proceeded to speak down to us as if we are suffering some form of mental disability. I had to excuse myself and leave the viewing due to the rage that was building up inside.
I wouldn't give this useless waste of a human being the comission even if the house was offered for a tenner.
Avoid this estate agents, if you don't believe me look at their other reviews.

Estate agents have a difficult role doing the best for the seller and working hard to secure a purchaser In my experience Kelly Homes Hollywood fulfil that role admirably. Their attitude is sensitive encouraging empathetic and professional.
Ours was not the simplest sale and purchase but they helped us navigate with patience and understanding.

Kelly's break the mould for estate agents! Friendly, efficient and they sell houses. Katie, Pauline and Thom were efficient and professional. They coordinated our solicitor, the buyers and their solicitor and made it all happen. Moving house is stressful, but this crew certainly helped lower the stress levels. So, I have to highly recommend them. A local agent triumphs over the chains!

Massive thanks to Thom, Pauline and all the team at Kelly Homes for handling my recent property sale and subsequent purchase. I chose Kelly Homes once again for my sale, as having previously dealt with them on a property purchase, I appreciated their no nonsense straight talking approach. Many estate agents will tell you what you want to hear, Kelly Homes will tell you what you need to hear to sell your home expediently. Pauline and Katie were always on hand to promptly respond to my emails and phone calls, and were really supportive during what can be a stressful time whilst selling your home and accommodating viewings etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kelly Homes !

Superior 5 star service from Kelly Homes
We would like to say a special thank you to Tom Kelly and his team for the extremely professional and superior service we received regarding the sale of our property
As a property rental company we have dealt with many estate agents over the last few years buying property in Birmingham and London
We were extremely impressed by Tom Kelly's expertise regarding valuations. normally agents will inform you that they can sell your property very quickly at a higher value than you expected so you will use them to sell your property only to find there selling percentage is extremely high and they don't sell the property until you've dropped the price considerably you still have to pay that high percentage
Kelly Homes was recommended to us by friends who were also extremely happy with there services they sold there property in five weeks got a great price at a fair percentage Its worth thinking about
We found Tom Kelly honest extremely professional and knowledgeable with a charming disposition
we would like to add that for future sales of our properties we defiantly will use Kelly Homes again with confidences you should

I was really disappointed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by Kelly Homes. Tom Kelly owner of the business is very brash, opinionated and downright rude, this filters down as being a completely acceptable way to deal with clients by his staff making our whole experience far more stressful than it needed to be. Customer service is zero, from the very beginning at first viewing we were treated with disdain (just because I refused to give out my email) I was addressed as "oh you, the one who wouldn't give her email", whilst the other viewer was warmly welcomed as Sue. Whilst my partner was told by Tom Kelly that he should be slapped round the head like a child - nice! (I pity Tom Kelly's children). Considering I work in the property industry I found it incredulous that this company is still in business if that is how he treats his clients. If we were not so far into the purchase of this property I would withdraw. Iwould not recommend the services of this man or his company in any way shape or form.
