PMS Lettings changed my life. It's been mnths that I was trying to look for a flat for me and my partner but other letting agency does not cater what we need and does not get back to us immediately. Until, PMS came and everythng went smooth and very efficient. The sales agets are very helpful including James Bank and Jen, they get back to your emails ASAP and very accommodating. They are game changers.

The loveliest experience!! This is my first time renting and the process has been made so easy, never struggle to get in contact or feel silly for asking what seems like dumb questions, and even received a little welcome package. I never had to worry or stress about anything (and I’m very stressy haha) because they helped me through every step.

Happy New Year to all at PMS Lettings, especially James. My Mum who is 89 is renting through them and on New Years Day her boiler wouldn’t work, so no heating no hot water and I came down with covid so couldn’t help!! Sent an email to James, not for a minute expecting a response as it was a bank holiday weekend, but within hours James had arranged for someone to visit the property and problem solved! This is not the first time we have had issues but James’s attitude each time has been so professional it is really nice to see. A great person that can be relied on each time. Thank you so much.

We are very happy to have PMS managing our property. James and Lee are competent, highly experienced, and found a tenant quickly when another local agent had failed us. Some teething issues were quickly fixed by local tradespeople (imploding boiler!) and their cleaner made the house immaculate. There is not a better agent in the Chichester area.
