Outstanding service. A long and difficult chain and Strutt and Parker were on the ball at every twist and turn chasing and chasing. To the extent that they became the primary source of information to many of the buyers in the chain. Big shout out to India and Tim. I have had a few estate agents in my time, but none anywhere close to Strutts

India and her colleagues at Strutt & Parker were professional and helpful from start to finish. Even though they were working for the seller, we felt supported and at ease throughout the entire buying process. At every stage, communication was prompt and our questions answered without delay. Overall we were extremely impressed with the reliable and professional service we recieved and how smoothly they made the process seem.

My sale was particularly protracted, but Strutt & Parker supported me every step of the way and ensured that the sale came to a successful conclusion, despite a number of setbacks caused by a related sale further up the chain. Extremely professional and effective process. Strutt's exemplify what you expect from a 21st Century agent -- they actually reached out to us before we had even started exploring a listing based on a reference from another Strutt and Parker office where we were looking at a property to buy.
This same professionalism extended to the creative way they proposed structuring fees and to the high quality listing they created. Once the listing was in place we sold over asking price within a day and completed less than six weeks later -- overall Paul and the team did a superb job and are highly recommended

Awful service, avoid. We dealt with Paul Machell who disclosed our offer to another interested party which meant we lost the house we loved! Complained to PRS and got apology and compensation but would still avoid like the plague! Will never use or recommend

We have recently purchased a property through Strutt and Parker Chichester office. The whole office was lovely to deal with throughout being professional and responsive. Tim Wenning in particular helped us all navigate some tricky contractual issues in the end, and helped the sale move through as quickly as possible. We are definitely not planning on selling any time soon, but would definitely go back to Strutt and Parker if we ever do. I would highly recommend them.

Why did it take 6 months to purchase an empty property by these clowns ? The simple answer was they completely failed to facilitate the sale in a professional style. They failed to control the vendor’s expectations by massively over valuing the property and then advertised the service charge by 130% below the true figure. Just be warned of anything they say ……
