Why did it take 6 months to purchase an empty property by these clowns ? The simple answer was they completely failed to facilitate the sale in a professional style. They failed to control the vendor’s expectations by massively over valuing the property and then advertised the service charge by 130% below the true figure. Just be warned of anything they say ……...
