The staff at Edmund are nothing short of amazing. Glenn and Ivan helped us both buy a property and also sell it later on down the line, and exceeded our expectations every step of the way. They are friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. If they can’t help immediately they give you a time when they can call back with an answer and they always do so - you’re never left hanging or out of the loop on anything. They also chase things up and touch base without needing to be asked, and we always felt that we could ask them anything. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to absolutely anyone in the area. We are thrilled we found such a good team and are very grateful for all their hard work and support.

First class service again

We recently used Edmund again for the 4th time in the last 16 years, having used them before we knew we would get a first class service and were not disappointed . One of the main reasons we use Edmund is the continuity, ever since we have known them we have dealt with the same people, Ivan and Glenn , who are honest, reliable and efficient . We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is moving home. Edmund are the only estate agent we would use.

I have a property in Scotland and the neighbouring property is a client of Edmunds. After some information from a neighbour about the client and Edmunds being the agent we contacted Ivan at the branch and explained the serious nature of the issue and under GDPR he could not give any details but note our request and pass on the details which was great in itself. The owners got in contact who are now on the other side of the world. Ivan and Edmunds have been outstanding in this situation where they have helped save lives and disorder by making the owner aware. Special Thanks to Ivan ! it should be noted he could of at the first stage just denied any knowledge or even not had any care about dealing with this but he was great ! THANK YOU !!!
