I received some extremely unprofessional treatment from an employee at this company. They were very unclear as to what steps I needed to take and were slow to reply to my emails. They also communicated with me in a less than friendly manner. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was looking to rent a property in London and came across Key Property Consultants through rightmove. After the initial enquiry and viewing, I was contacted by Ope who took y application forward to the landlord and got it accepted. Ope was very quick and efficient and within 30 mins of our initial conversation, we proceeded to the referencing stage. This was also done smoothly and Khadija also kept us up to date with the application. Within a week's time, we finalised all the admin and collected the keys to the property. Ope, Khadeja and Kat were all very helpful with the whole process. Thank you guys :)

Called Monday last week and was told they would pass my info to the right department and that someone will reach out to me later that day. NO ONE REACHED OUT. Called again and was again told someone will contact tomorrow. NO ONE DID. Called again the day after, was told the same thing (someone will contact) hence NOONE CONTACTED. Called on Friday again AND was told now someone will reach out on Monday, which is yesterday. I HAVE RECEIVED NO CALLS NO CONTACT. I have also emailed twice. NO RESPONSE.
---i just had my doubts that maybe this company are not taking my calls and inquiry seriously because i am a woman : i told so to my husband - his response “that can’t be true - I don’t think they would do that”. I asked him to make the call this time just to confirm if i was actually overthinking this. AND GUESS WHAT- he did not get the same response i had been getting (someone will reach out and all) they actually spoke to him, asked details of the property and gave the information i had been chasing for a week. WOW…Ha!!!!
