Bunch and nexus of novices and new joiners here ,who work on the well formed process to take out money from tenents on the set dates and than run away from their responsibilities. PLEASE BEWARE THEY HAVE LOTS OF NEW RECRUITS AND SENIORS GUYS WHO MINT MONEY ON THE NAME OF RENEWAL AGREEMENT AND SENDING MAIL TO HOUSES FOR END OF TERM AND THAN DUPE PPL .
Once money ,agreement done they will not listen to your problems ..BEWARE BEWARE DEALING WITH THEM !!!!!

Useless staff and worst estate agents I’ve ever had to deal with. Currently renting a property in Cardiff bay and maintenance issues have still not been fixed after three months. I’ve been corresponding with Josh and he has ignored my emails, lied about when the maintenance issues are going to be done and is always putting the blame on to his colleague - Magda, who I have never spoken with. He apparently “doesn’t have a manager” so I am unable to take my complaints further.

Appalling, inept & inadequate
I have had a 2 year long nightmare with this agency. Experiencing a long list of issues spanning from; spurious fees being deducted from payments without notice, late payments, no payments (not tenant related), unsuitable tenants being allowed to rent my property and service levels well below any I have EVER experienced as either a tenant or a landlord. I don't think any person I have dealt with during the 2 years has lasted as an employee at Keylet for more than a few months... - avoid at all costs and save your sanity!

I received a very good service from David Jones in the Cardiff Bay branch. The team were very helpful and approachable and most of all will get the job done.

Unbelievably poor customer service.
If renting with keylet you can expect to receive no response for weeks - sometimes months - regularly. When phoning the office to figure out what's happening be prepared for the phone to be hung up so you have to ring again. They'll also be prepared to break company policies when it suits them.

Within 2 months of moving in an issue arose causing our 2nd floor bathroom to flood into the kitchen; we are still trying to arrange a pro-rata refund for this while the kitchen was turned into a building site, but believe it or not the obstacle has been actually getting any kind it acknowledgement from our request, not yet reached any kind of disputing discussions.
Any tenants should be prepared that things listed on your inventory - no matter how explicit it's written - will still be argued that you should pay.

In several years experience with phone, broadband and other letting agencies; never have I encountered a team such as this. Other than the select few employees most have been massively incompetent. Thanks to the landlord who has been very helpful when contacted directly.

I can vouch for several other letting agencies in the Cathays area which are much better to go with

Update: this got resolved in the end once going through the tenancy protection scheme (they were on our side not keylet's fyi)
